Stiles Steven P Medical

I have been Dr. Stiles’s patient for a while now and have been having the best experience with him. From day one I felt I was in the best of hands as he is a knowledgeable true professional and attentive. He always makes me feel at ease by listening to me and treating my issues in the best way possible. Also, I’m always in and out in a timely manner. He recently preforme Cataract surgery on my eye as well, and that surgery and post operative care have been flawless! His staff is friendly, accommodating and kind as well. I have been recommending Dr. Stiles to my family and friends and am grateful and blessed to have him as a my physician! :-)

dr stiles was the opthamologist in my medical group that i was referred to.
he doesn’t have a good bedside manner. i did not feel seen and heard. i had concerns and questions i would have brought up but could tell he was not the one to do that with. he was in a hurry and did not look at me once except for when he shined his light in my eyes. i felt like i was an imposition to him. that he could barely be bothered with having to take the time from his overly stressed day to be present with me.
he seemed distressed, burnt out, and borderline angry.
he did not say goodbye when my brief time with him was over — i only knew our session was over because he was no longer in the room with me. i looked out the door just in time to see him close another door.
also my appt was for 1:30 and i did not see the doctor til 2:40.
if my insurance will not cover me seeing another ophthalmologist i will raise the cash to see one of my choosing. this was just an unpleasant experience.

Dr. Stiles has the worst bedside manners. He is rude and unprofessional. When asked what can be done to prevent my sons eyesight from worsening his response was to cut my sons head off or shoot him. This was said in front of both my sons (6 and 4 year olds). I feel so saddened and upset that there’s a doctor practicing medicine with this attitude and poor judgement. I would never ever recommend this doctor to anyone.
