Somehow they are trying to do plastering on ceilings for hire. After hours of high pressure trying to get me to sign with them, for an incredible overprice, I managed to get Solomon and Ronnie out of my condo. They go around looking and asking for more work when you didn’t want that, in the first place. It was like the vacuum salesmen of 55 years ago, who when they would get their foot in the door, you could hardly get rid of them. Got an estimate for $ 12,600 to do slim coats over plaster and drywall of less than 680 sq. ft. This is scary. They drove all the way to the southcoast to try to anchor down and harass me into letting them do the work. I had to leave my condo to get them to go away! Beware!

When our home unexpectedly flooded from a burst pipe while we were out of town, by the time we got back there was definitely damage that was going to need to be fixed. At first my husband thought that maybe he could just replace some drywall and take care of it all himself, but after getting started on the job and realizing that it was much bigger than we thought at first, he decided to call in the experts instead. Trust Restoration Inc. had the best reviews from all the water damage repair companies in town so we called them first, and they gave us such a reasonable quote that we just went with them right away. They did great work, they did it fast (everything was fixed and back to normal in a few weeks), and it looks amazing; you’d never know there was damage.

I have to say, Shlomo was great!
We had major flooding in our area this winter, and we ended up with water standing in a few areas of our home. We needed emergency water removal, as well as drying, disinfection and restoration. The major problem with the flooding was that we discovered it had happened in the middle of the night when I got out of bed to check a strange noise; turns out the strange noise was the water coming in the house.
We called Trust Restoration after looking online for someone with all the services we needed that was available 24 hours. I called them right away, and they were out at the house much faster than I expected in the middle of the night. They got the water out fast, and I couldn’t believe what a great and efficient job they did getting everything dry so that nothing molds. We were incredibly happy with their work, and would definitely call them again if we need to.

Very interesting, to get a response from the company 2 years later. The job was done in 2013 and it is now December 21, 2015 that I get a response on how I did not hire their company and that the contractor I hired did. Based on that info, I may have been misinformed with the time frame. Honestly, it’s TWO years ago that this has happened. I no longer live at that home. I guess you guys sure know how to take your time on everything.

Shlomo has been more than helpful with our situation! Everything was done quick, timely and respectful. We called trust restoration inc. in dire need of help and Shlomo came out the next morning! Not only are the prices low but the customer service has been by far, the best we have had. I will only call on this company for any future issues. They get the job done. Thanks again guys!

This company is terrible in so many ways. I foolishly had them do mold removal in several different areas of my home at the same time. They promised that the entire project would take about a week — but somehow every day of the turned into a «very important» Jewish holiday and all work completely stopped during this time. I ended up spending a month at the Sofitel with my young daughter and husband, all while I was 6 months pregnant.
Let’s start with the closet. They tore the entire closet out due to the mold and told me that they would put it all back together and that I would not have to buy new shelves, drawers, etc. Well, they put the closet back together but when I went to get something off of a shelf, about 3 heavy shelves collapsed on top of me. Oh and did I mention that I was 6 months pregnant at the time??? When I told them what happened they were unapologetic and told me that it was my fault.
In preparation for having to re-​organize my entire closet, I carefully emptied my closet and had my things nicely stacked on the table in the living room (out of the way of any workers, on the other end of the house). When I came home I found all of my clothes carelessly shoved into garbage bags. And I’m not just referring to a few sweaters and t-​shirts, I had gorgeous Versace dresses and Chanel shoes and handbags shoved into garbage bags. I was so upset I cried to my husband about it but it was too late.
There are a million other stories that I won’t go into. I wasn’t really planning to leave them a nasty review because I’m honestly so happy to not have to deal with them in my life anymore. But then I found a leak in my roof today and became furious because I paid for this idiotic company to redo the roof and they did a horrible job. Everything they touch turns to garbage. My entire roof needs to be replaced and it is not even 2 years old. This company is a scam, the people that run the office are rude and difficult to deal with, and they treat their employees terribly. Stay away.
