This is the closest place you’re going to get to a nice shopping area in Tarzana. It’s gigantic and sprawling and beautiful. The parking structure is huge so there’s never an issue with parking. I love how there’s a Whole Foods, TJ Maxx, Starbucks… it’s a nice place to walk around and just shop and then enjoy some delicious food outside. The outside artwork & landscaping really create an upscale ambience. I just wish it was bigger. It’s so pretty.
Also, this TJ Maxx has the best selection of any TJ Maxx I’ve ever encountered.

This is a great shopping area with a wonderful whole-​foods how ever BEWARE the parking underground it is not safe!! security guards do not pay any attention!! I have seen the same man trying to Break into cars and the other day I actually saw the same man steal a car! I reported it to one of the security guards that happened right in front of and he laughed at me like I was making a joke.
New security guards that will get off their iPhones and pay attention need to be hired ASAP!!!

BEWARE OF PARKING STRUCTURE!!!
Myself and another customer at Yoga Works cars were broken into and our stuff was stollen a week ago. They do not have security cameras in the lot and there just is not enough lighthing or security in the place. Apparrently, they have break –ins once per month!!! Property manangers WAKE UP! Your parking lots are not safe.
Go there at your own risk.

I love this beautiful Mixed-​use development along Ventura Blvd. Free underground parking. The Whole Foods market is Huge and has a large selection of food to purchase for lunch or dinner along with a comforatble dining area to eat the food you order. One of the Nicer TJ Maxx locations with tons of designer clothes. Great shopping area to relax, have a quick lunch, go grocery shopping, and shop. There’s tons of eateries like starbucks, chipotle, Lyfe Kitchen (Coming Soon), Blue C Sushi (Coming Soon), il tramezzino, and bleeker street. There’s also a huge Yoga Works here, which is excellent. Also MAC is coming soon, so excited for that.
