Slimy managment Stay Away!!! This place is run by some choice individuals. Took my 3 year old here a couple of months ago as we had a few minutes to spare. Asked the teen behind the counter for 20 credits($ 5). She charged me $ 20. Didnt notice until after I signed the slip. The teen at the register said she couldn’t help me. She called her«manager» who wouldn’t talk to me and asked that I leave my contact information. Left my cell and never heard back. Tried to contact the manager several times after that at the establishment with no luck. After disputing the charge with my credit card company they suggested trying to handle it in person. Finally got hold of the two managers one day in person. After them telling me their issues with the points system and how they can’t refund me, and then telling me I was lying as they never heard anything about this they told me I was iut of luck. I tried to leave the points card(suggested by my cc company) with all but $ 3 still on it. The manager mentioned he wouldn’t take it back. I put it on the desk and was going to take a picture of it when he said we’re not responsible for lost and stolen items and I’m not taking that. Class act, class establishment.

This place was horrible. I went there for a birthday party and they only had about 3 blow up things and the games weren’t working till almost the end of the party.

Beware of booking a party late in the day. PROS — The kids have a lot of fun in a large, open space with fun inflatables and games. CONS — Multiple parties booked back to back overwhelm the system and can create a loss of attentiveness to your particular party. I booked a party late in the day, thinking most parties would have come and gone earlier. However, a late day booking ended up leaving us with a staff who was less than attentive at times, in part due to a schedule of non-stop parties preceding ours. When we arrived(5 minutes early) we were told the party before ours was just ending, and the room was still being cleaned and prepared for our party. I was okay with that, though a little surprised more time had not been left in between parties. We walked past all the other rooms which were full of festive celebrations and decorations, and got to our room which was empty and still messy from the party before. Again, I was okay with that to a certain extent. But 40 minutes later, the room did not look much different. Cleaning bottles were still on the tables, there were not enough chairs for the birthday tables. There were no chairs for the adults, as they were all being used by parties which began before ours. There were no balloons. We had not been provided with the water bottles and game cards. My husband began paying for the kids to get game cards and drinks. Our guests had come in from various entrances and were not informed about signing-in. Thus, when our supplies arrived, they were not enough due to the party count at the front desk being off. It took awhile to straighten that out. I missed quite a bit of my child’s birthday party due to worrying about logistics that were supposed to be handled by a party host who disappeared for 10 – 15 minutes at a time. It was not until I complained to the manager that things changed. But, by that time a lot of the play time had gone by and I was not able to enjoy it with my children and their guests. A young woman at the front desk was the only staff who apologized for the way things were going/not going. If I had to do it again, if I chose to go back, I would probably book a party earlier in the day before the resources of staff energy and attentiveness get drained.

This place is actually quite a lot of fun! My bff and I brought her daughter for some active play time. A large industrial space has been transformed into a play-place amusement park for children, lined with matted floors and bouncy-houses. There are arcade games and prizes available as well! I only gave 4 stars because of the security of the place. If you only have 1 child like we did, it’s not a problem — but if you have multiple children running around, there is nothing stopping them from running out of the«store» into the mall or out the front door into the street. The staff doesn’t really pay attention — so you’ve got to make sure you’ve got your eyes on all your children running amuck in a VERY large industrial space that has lots of obstacles to your vision.
