Games A Galore Xbox 360 PS3 Repair

I had an Xbox 360 repaired there, they tout 1 ½ hour repairs and after 3 hours of walking around I find it to not even be looked at yet. Then when questioning why I get treated rudely. I should have learned from that but decided to take my ps3 in for a repair. As if I didn’t know repair process is extremely slow and the customer service isn’t there again. I’m forced to assume at this point there is no change I. How things are done there nor will there be one. I myself will issue a buyer be ware statement as well as contact the BBB to lodge my complaints. So as I said buyer beware and search for someone that will treat you with respect after all without your money they won’t be servicing people for long.
