The chai tea is really good, the fonts are good too. I love dropping by in the wintertime to get something hot here. It’s usually freezing outside this time of year so I appreciate their black tea and chai to keep me warm in the winter. In the summer, the iced coffee is just so good and refeeshing

I have been going to this DD for a while and experience is always hit or miss. Some people take pride in what they do and others just don’t care. The real problem is the ownership/​management. The prices are usually substantially more than the one down cedar lane in Hackensack, and today I was accused by the owner of using a fake DD perks coupon! It was off of the DD app and he told me I had to pay him! I showed him he was wrong and he told me to have a nice day, no apology! Never going to that location again… the one in Hackensack is open 24 hours anyway and the people are very nice!

I stopped here on my way to work. First off, didn’t realize this was a kosher Dunkin’ Donuts so they only had Morningstar veggie sausage, which was okay. Not great.
The donuts are pretty good here though and still on par with the others.
The service was actually pretty friendly when I came in and quick. Whoever helped me was all smiles and helped me order my iced latte.

Service he isn’t at all good here I asked for a number four and a small ice caramel latte with extra Carmel and a croissant donut… What did I get an old nasty tasting croissant donut and something that was suppose to be a sausage patty but was… Honestly I don’t even know cause I thought they forgot to put the sausage patty and towards the end I bit into something not soothing or delicious to my taste buds I spite it right out and threw the rest away.

Service here is either a hit or a miss. Depends on who’s behind the counter. If it’s one of the guys I tend to get a decent coffee or latte. It its the females I get lack luster coffee or attitude or the wrong order. Latte and coffee do not sound the same, lady.

This Dunkin Donuts is supposedly run by a Rabbi to begin with. first almost got hit by a car in the parking lot driven by a Jewish driver.
Customer service was way beyond horrible. I started to place my order with one employee who then stepped away and a second person went to finish the order.
Another employee seemed irate when I asked a questiion about the WIFI service.

Making my rounds for coffee and donuts brought me to this location one weekday afternoon while in Teaneck, and a very good experience took place. The staff and crew were friendly and got my order together quickly. Prices were reasonable from what I found and the table I sat at was clean. It was crowded at first, but then the crowd cleared out. I will go back someday.

Medium hot latte at this DD = $ 3.41
Medium hot latte at OTHER DD location that I frequent, with super friendly and efficient staff, AND a drive thru = $ 2.66. I get to be lazy and STILL pay less. Erf?!
I’m not exactly breaking the bank paying an additional 75c, but all things considered, that’s quite a price increase. Besides, there’s nothing special about this location or the area so I’m not sure why everything is overpriced.
