Golden Acres Pet Boarding

We don’t always board our dog but when we do, we use Golden Acres. (sorry had to do that). I really like these folks. Prices are reasonable and they are always happy to help and work with owners. My dog seems to come home happy and clean and seems to have fun with his play days with the other dogs. We only use them about once a year but they are great to work with!

Anne and Paul Kane have boarded our dogs twice since 2007 and I won’t take them anywhere else. It’s a bit of a drive from Chelsea to Tecumseh to drop off dogs when getting ready to head out of town, but if you love your animals, it is so worth it.
The facilities are clean, the pricing is reasonable/​affordable and with the Kane’s experience and background, it gives us peace of mind that our pets are well cared for while we are away.
Golden Acres is in my emergency contact list in case something were to happen and our dogs need to go to a safe place. If you have pets, you should have a boarder you can go to as well. I HIGHLY recommend Golden Acres.
I think they board and groom more than just dogs, but you have to find out yourself.
