I’m surprised of the bad reviews! I went in today for a consultation and wanted a second opinion on a mole I have had biopsied from another dermatology place. I thought the staff that works the front desk and the P. A Derik were great, & HONEST! I will definitely come here again for all my dermatology needs!

The Dr I took my 3 year old son to made me feel like a terrible mother. He was not friendly or inviting at all. He did a quick look with a magnifying glass and confirmed it was eczema that my son had which I was pretty sure of already and just wanted to be sure. I told him I didn’t want to use a steroid cream on my son and he said that not using the cream and leaving his skin inflamed was worse than not using the cream. I didn’t want to use steroids and he made me feel like a bad mother because of it. I’d rather find out what could be causing his eczema rather than just masking the symptoms. I will not go back to Advanced Dermatology because of the way they treated us there. I’d rather find something safe to give my son and figure out he root cause. They said that eczema could be caused by an allergy yet they don’t care to find out what the allergy could be.

I came here to get rid of some milia and the aesthetician here ruined my face!
I came back next day to show it to the dermatologist but he «couldn’t see me without appointment»

Clean yes. On time yes. Thorough– NO! The PA I saw didn’t even ask me my skin care regiment and I was being seen for acne/​rosecea!!! He took a quick glance at my face wrote a script for something my GP could of given me, and sent me on my way… Even after explaining to him that my new breakouts I have been experiencing are painful & humiliating to the point where I’m in tears! Will not be going back… Ill go without insurance and pay cash elsewhere!

Really nice office. I have gone to the sun city location and temecula and the Temecula location is really nice. I have very little wait time and the dermatologist that saw me saw that I had another flare up from intratigo on my chest that was bothering me for a few years but all this time i thought it was yeast and treating it as so with over the counter creams. Nothing helped until she gave me prescription creams and a steroid. I have Dr. Kerri Hall she is great!

When you call them they will say that it is a $ 70 co-​pay and even if you describe what you need they will talk around the cost. They charged $ 217 for an office visit. $ 170 for one legion burned and $ 195 for 2 – 14 legion burned. I was in there office for less than 10 minutes and got a huge bill. I have gone to other places and never had these type of bills for the little work that was needed.

Dr. Elkeeb should be barred from practicing and this facility should be investigated. After waiting for over 50 minutes in a freezing patient room with little to no clothes on Dr. Elkeeb spent no more than 5 minutes performing a complete body skin review. No measurements of skin spots were taken or noted, and based on a second opinion I got from a very thorough dermatologist I was misdiagnosed by Elkeeb. I had a precancer spot that was diagnosed by Elkeeb as a mole. She had very cavalier attitude and told me that she could do a biopsy of the spot if that made me feel more comfortable, but that would not be covered by insurance because it is considered cosmetic… a biopsy considered cosmetic!!! Any one considering this facility should avoid it.

I will never step foot into this office again. They could care less about their patients that is obvious from when you walk in the door until the time you leave. The office staff care little about their jobs and more about chit chatting with each other.
The female doctor was in and out in less than 5 minutes and did not even tell me her name. I asked her a few questions and she would not even answer them since it wasn’t on my referral. The doctor was even more rude than the office staff. Waste of time and money.

I waited 90 minutes before being seen by a dermatologist. He apologized and explained why he was late. I suggested maybe his front-​desk people could let us know to come in later due to a backlog. He said yes, they should have done that — but couldn’t explain why they didn’t. I don’t think he really cared. Once in the exam room, things went quickly. I was out of there in 3 minutes. Outrageously long wait in the waiting room. I won’t go back.
