these guyz are hacks! i went to them to get my recent upgrade wedding ring mount authenticated and the guy told me my diamonds were, ‘some moissonite and some real diamonds’ this idiot also went on to tell me he could’nt verify the pave stone because they were’nt ‘big enough’. i called the jeweler who custom made this ring for my husband and me and he was outraged and he said for me to forward their name and written appraisal to him. he was going to sue them for defamation! he advised me to go to a ‘reputable’ jeweler like ben bridge in the mall. i did and a real-​gemologist there verified that all my diamonds/​gold setting were authentic. people, this ring setting is a retail of $ 7,000! no consideration, ethic, integrity nor respect for me and my feelings nor for the sentiment and personal value this ring represents. they are in my opinion-​disgusting, the both of the men who were present.

I live in Temecula and typically go out of my way to support local businesses even if it costs a small amount more, but I tried buying a ¹⁄₁₀^th oz gold eagle and they wanted to charge me $ 23 over spot! For a tenth of an oz. I will try the other shops in town. If all else fails, kitco or apmex will get my business. Quite a lot of it too.

Just want to say what a great experience I had going «cold turkey» into the world of selling some foreign coins at this Old TownTemecula location.
After being greeted as if I were an old friend I was put at ease when books were brought to the counter so I could see what I had to sell and the going rates.
I will never be able to retire with the amount received but the coins will not be taking up drawer space now either.
Highly recommend this shop if you’re like me and haven’t a clue what some coins might be worth.

Inherited some coins and had no use for them. Trying to find a reputable dealer is worrisome. I did as much research as I could online so that I wouldn’t be totally ignorant to the coin values. Some coins were gold and silver.
The guys were super helpful and spent 30+ minutes with me going coin by coin. There values were pretty spot on to figures I found. Not once did they try to under value an item.
I was very happy with the service and sold them all. They even took some foreign currency I did not know what to do with.
I highly recommend this shop and would do business again.

All Valley Coin & Jewelry is the best! My friend and I each had some jewelry to sell and ended up coming into All Valley. My friend had sold some jewelry to them in the past and had been very happy with All Valley. So when she needed to sell again, I went along as I had some pieces to sell as well.
All of the guys behind the counter were great, but it was Armand who helped both my friend and I. He checked each piece and offered a fair value price for all of the pieces. If I ever have to sell jewelry again I will come to All Valley. They are not only great at customer service, but are fair and honest as well. Thank you, Armand!

I go to all valley sometimes because they pay pretty well.
but they are somewhat impersonal. The last time I was there I had called to get a price on my gold, but when I got there an hour later they told me it had gone down. I looked it up and saw that it had actually gone up… so I told them. They got kind of mad and said forget it. So I just said ok and took what they gave me. These people have little patience… it is their way or the highway.

Took some jewelry in after being to 2 other places and they gave me double the price of one of the places I had gone to. Sent my daughter there and they gave her almost double what another place had offered. I felt like they were very honest and everytime I have been back they have been very friendly and upfront.

Awesome people! My husband and I came in here last weekend to get a price on how much a coin was worth. They gave us an offer which we thought was really generous but we wanted to check and see what other stores would offer. Needless to say we came back here about 3 hours later and took their offer on our coin! They paid about $ 300 more than the highest offer any of the other stores made. Definitely going to come here first with all our future coins! Thanks guys! :)

Have bought and sold Silver rounds with these guys. Great to do business with. They take care of your needs quickly. They have expanded there store now. It’s about 3 times larger. This is my new coin store.

Our family needed cash several times for an emergency. Their cash for 1 oz gold coin prices were very fair, $ 10 less than the market spot and Kitco’s last listed spot price.
We sold to Kitco before and they were also excellent, but having the local option and speed of transaction was worth dealing with All Valley Coin. And if you take into consideration my bank’s $ 20 wire fee and the time to ship to New York, even via fedex, All Valley was great to do business with, especially since we were in southern California. Sold to them 4 times, all good experiences, no problems at all. Our family has a great deal of fiscal experience, we’re not newbies, therefore, our review is honest and true.

These guys really are the best! I’ve dealt with them before but just today I went in with just a few pieces of gold and silver jewelry that I never wear. Most of the chains were tangled and I did not expect to get too much.
He checked each piece and I was pleasantly surprised with the amount I got– $ 240 cash on the spot.
I definitely recommend them for their customer service. They have been nothing but nice and patient with me when I have come in. I also overheard one of the other employees working with an elderly gentleman and I was very impressed with the patience and respect he showed the man while explaining the situation more then a couple times and making sure that he was comfortable with what he was selling and the price.
These guys deserve your business and if you have something to sell, they will not try to take advantage of you.
