As a Real Estate Agent, I have worked with many home buyers over the years. In my opinion, the buyers inspections are equally as important as the mountain of disclosures the buyer receives. I have to say that Chris Rutledge of AmeriSpec, presents himself in a very professional and credible manner. I have watched him perform a number of home inspections on both old and newer homes and find he is systematic and thorough, regardless of the size or age of the home.
I am especially impressed with his «no nonsense» approach to getting the inspection done in a timely fashion. He does not waste time with idle chatter, however, he is thorough when presenting his findings to the buyers.
Furthermore, his reports are legible and understandable. I have to say I was equally impressed with his timely e-​friendly reports which make it easy to share and save online and reduce the amount of paperwork already involved in the real estate transaction. Lastly, his service is not free but he is as reasonable as I have seen and gives military discounts! That’s an A+ in my book.
