I am so happy I found this spot. I haven’t been able to find a good boba place since I moved out here and finding Chill Zone has made me so happy. The staff is amazing and so helpful. I spent a good ten minutes just talking with the owner and the girl working at the counter. They certainly put a smile on my face. The drinks have just the right amount of sweetness and the boba has the perfect amount of chew. This may actually be better than my favorite spot back in OC. I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out.

Recently moved here and was craving some boba so I Unilocaled boba places and Chill Zone popped up. I got the mango banana smoothie and the Hawaiian sunset for my kids. Hawaiian sunset tasted too artificial the mango banana wasn’t the best but it was ok. I won’t nix this place out completely cause it’s not to far from my house and I have yet to try my usual milk tea or Thai tea.

I’ve been there twice this week and love the boba! The owners are really accommodating and help newbie me figure out good flavor combinations. I’ve tried a lot of boba in this area and this by far off the best. Ooh and try the custard, it’s good with anything!

First time going and gotta say, the chamango is delicious! The only downside was that the service was a little slow. Besides the service, the drinks are very good!

my husband and I are always coming here! We’ve gone to other locations that have boba here in the area and no other place beats their location! By far one of the best locations in the town to go get boba! The owners are amazing they even remember us every time we go in. They also always remember what we order. They also aren’t stingy with their boba they always give us a lot! In which we enjoy! Love coming here for boba! Don’t have any complaints about their flavors we enjoy the variety!

I love this place! They’re awesome family friendly place! The owners are very sweet and and humble people! Their bobas/drink taste great! Their royal milk tea slush is one of my favorite! When my friends/relatives come from all over the place… They would always ask me to bring them here! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I don’t understand the reviews that suggest bad service. Maybe it is just because I always come in when it’s slow but I have NEVER received bad service here. Reth(one of the owners) is a super sweet lady who always smiles and asks how I’m doing. We talk while she gets my drink ready as long as there aren’t other customers waiting(which has only really happened once). They have a comfortable atmosphere and I really love their drinks! Let me be upfront on their drinks– I really love boba, but it has to be the right texture and level of sweetness. The boba here is that perfect firm squishy that I love! I usually get the Matcha Green Tea Smoothie w/double boba. I’ve tried their milk tea too and while it is a little sweeter than I’m used to, it still has a good flavor. Give them a try. Remember that they’re a local business and they only have two people working behind the counter as far as I’ve seen. If there’s a line and it takes a little while, give them a break. The drinks are worth it. :)

I have been to many and I mean maaaanny boba places. I grew up in the so cal capital of boba. Rowland heights… This place is absolutely horrendous. I ordered the watermelon snow.(Tastes nothing like watermelon at all! More like honeydew) Also had a piña colada smoothie… Also bad. I tossed more than half out. And I never toss out anything The only reason people give this place a good review is because they are next to a high school at it seems to be a hang out for that crowd. So if you aren’t a kid don’t come here. Unless you really like waiting 15 minutes for your drink that you will throw out in a few minutes Verdict: will never visit again.

For one of the few boba places in the area, this place is satisfying. I usually get one of the favorites(Hawaiian Sunset, Tropical Island, or Thai Tea Deluxe) and they’ve always been of great quality and taste! The Matcha Green Tea wasn’t as I expected but not bad. The place itself usually isn’t busy when I stop by. It is always clean and relaxing. With that being said, sometimes it takes awhile for the drinks to be made even though there aren’t that many customers. But quality over quantity so no biggie!

Where good boba is hard to come by in Temecula, this is the place to go. Their drinks are always on point and never disappoint me. If you are not too sure on what you are ordering make sure you ask questions, they’ll always let you know what’s in the drink.

Went there today and ordered a drink… it was not what I thought it was or they made wrong either way we asked to have something else and would of GLADLY paid for a new drink but when the owner was rude and asked«then why did you order it» and was incredibly rude to us we just asked for our money back and left. Neat place but HORRIBLE customer service that will cause us to NEVER return…

I am not a picky person when it comes to food but when it comes to boba, I am VERY picky. If I don’t like a boba joint, I will drive another 20 miles to go some place different. I grew up drinking boba almost every other day with my sisters. Chill Zone usually does the job for me though. I always get the blended Royal Milk Tea with Custard Pudding or boba. It’s delicious and I recommend it for anyone new to Chill Zone. It’s on their«Favorites» menu for a reason! When they first opened, it took a while for them to make boba, I used to have to wait like 15 minutes but now they make it very fast! Awesome for them to work on the issues other Unilocaler’s have complained about it because some businesses just ignore that. The actual boba balls have nice texture, are not over cooked, and come in good amounts. Only downside for me is that I’m used to Honey Boba where the boba balls are flavored with sugar. The boba here is flavorless. But I know my roommate loves it like that. So I think it’s just preference? Owners are nice! The female owner is always striking a genuine conversation with me and I really love that(: She is very kind. Bobas I recommend are: Blended Royal Milk tea and custard pudding, the Strawberry/Mango slushie and boba. The regular Milk Tea boba, or the Avocado boba.

Pretty standard bubble tea spot. Picked up a chocolate milk tea with boba: no complaints. Pros: They take plastic, and also have an NFC-enabled credit card reader. You can use your iPhone 6 and Apple Pay(or Google Wallet) here. Cons: They close at 8 every night.

Best Boba I’ve ever had. TARO& mango were delicious, creamy and had soft boba. Service was quick, friendly and after, we chilled out on the couches to enjoy our drinks.

I’ve been here twice before for their unique blend of drinks and decided to come back to try their advertised chamango. The chamango was basically a mango slushie(no fresh mangos, unfortunately) with chili powder and too much chamoy sauce that was too liquidy in consistency. Aside from consistency, the taste was pretty spot-on. What I like about this place is their adventurousness when it comes to their drinks. This place offers a unique blend of tasty drinks that are worth trying such as the Hawaiian Sunset and Strawberry Mango Peach. Also be sure to grab a stamp card and if you plan on paying with credit or debit, be aware of the additional $ 0.50 charge.

As a San Diegan, I’m spoiled by the various amounts of tea and boba houses in my area. So coming to this place, I was not satisfied. My bf and I were on our way back from Las Vegas and had a craving for some boba. With the help of the Unilocal app, we found this location. There was not a great selection of snacks. Just some small bags of chips and candy. As for the drinks, all I saw were canisters of powder. No real fruit in sight. Not my cup of tea. I would not recommend this place.

I love when places are willing to be creative and push the limits … and to me the Chill Zone does that with their Chamango drink. The drink features a mango slush base with chili. I added boba to mine. As for the drinks flavor, think of dried mangoes and chili powder(which I loved). When I first tried the Chamango it was a bit overwhelming. My first drink was mostly chili and it was shocking. I personally recommend mixing the drink up rather than leaving the chili and mango separated. Once mixed everything together I thought it was delicious. Sense my first visit I have been back a few times and have enjoyed the other drinks I have tried. I would have to say I am a fan.
