Very clean gym with friendly and family ambient, Bjj, Muay Thai, Mma, SubmissionNogi and fitness classes with great coaches and pretty accessible schedule to training, classes Mornings and nights, Kids Class Program is the best around.

Absolutely love this gym. Could not express how great the customer service and coach interaction is here. Very easy going and no pressure mindset. Been a member for 3 months and lost 17lbs my first 60 days by doing a few classes a week and hitting the weights. A couple things to note:
— Signing up is easy. No pushy sales gimmicks. I went to LA Fitness and a couple other places. Everyone was sales first and then trying to push personal training. The other gyms were somewhat jerks and took 4 months to finally offer me what I said I was willing to do. DHFC gives you two options and both are great depending on what you wanna do.
— Gym is clean from my experience. Not sure what others were seeing, but compared to other mma facilities, I have no worries about hygiene (mats are constantly swept and cleaned).
— Staff is accessible. If you have specific needs that you want, they’ll help you.
— As far as any cons, the only thing if I was to be critical is the diversity of weight machines. I can do about 80−90% of a workout routine I’d do at a typical gym on what this gym has. I can do alternate things, but a few extra items wouldn’t hurt (although I know the weights aren’t what people are coming for).
Overall the gym is a quality gym and would highly recommend it to everyone in the area as what I was able to see and experience as alternatives just didn’t make the grade

Poorly managed, dirty, seems like a revolving door of instructors. It’s has really gone downhill. Sad because I used to love this place.

I was a member of Team Quest Oceanside for over 3 years and have lived in Temecula for over 5 years. I started training at the new facility (DHAFC) over a year ago and really enjoy the camaraderie and world class instruction. My focus is primarily on Brazilian jiu jitsu but have trained muay thai as well. This gym has everything for every type of athlete. The gym is home to some of the best MMA fighters from various organizations such as the UFC, Bellator, One FC, World Series of Fighting, MFC and Invicta FC as well as Brazilian jiu jitsu world champions and pan am champions.
The gym isn’t just for fighters, it’s also an excellent place to get in shape, the facility has so much to offer in terms of equipment and classes that there is no reason to belong to another gym. I’m 50 years old and compete in jiu jitsu but also use the facility to work on strength and conditioning.
Their kids programs are top notch and the gym environment is very family oriented. The jiu jitsu team has people of all ages and backgrounds who all support each other in their development, training and competition. Their kids classes are extremely successful and the instructors seem to genuinely enjoy teaching kids. Many of the adult members have family members and kids who also train here.
By far the best school in the area and one of the best on the West Coast.

I’m a new member at DH Fitness. I’ve trained in the area at two other BJJ studios and have been taught by probably 7 – 10 instructors. Since I’ve been at DH Fitness, I’ve had the opportunity to train under their head BJJ instructor Ricardo «Pancho» Feliciano. Pancho is an incredible instructor. He and the rest of the class were very welcoming. He paired specific experienced students with those of us who were new. These experienced students were also great instructors and focused on teaching, not «breaking» you. It’s an incredibly positive learning environment and the class is structured so you don’t feel like you are getting «thrown to the wolves» which is what I’ve experienced elsewhere. It’s very reassuring and motivates you to get back to the next class so you can continue learning and improving in such a demanding sport. I have trained for many years in different disciplines and types of instruction. Hands down, Pancho is the best instructor I’ve ever worked with (PERIOD).
As if this wasn’t enough, the gym, facilities, mats, equipment, locker room, etc… is top-​notch; very clean and well taken care of. DH Fitness is an overall EXCELLENT facility. The staff at the front counter are very professional and courteous. I’ve lived in this area for nearly 15 years and you won’t find any facility/​gym/​studio to compare to DH Fitness. I should mention that I’m paying almost ½ of what I paid at my previous BJJ studio where all they offered were BJJ classes. With my membership here, there are too many classes/​techniques to mention (15 – 20) in addition to the fitness equipment/​machines/​weights, etc… all of which include unlimited use with your paid membership.

DHFC experience is like mixing a 24 hour fitness with a world class Jujitsu instructor, world class MMA, world class kickboxing, and world class fitness instructors. Imagine in a sport like football if you are an average joe and you get the chance to train with an NFL team or college football team along with the NFL/​College coaches. The MMA professionals work out right next to you and it truly makes you feel like you are part of a team/​family. Great environment to train in.

I love this gym! We first joined Team Quest for my son to practice Jiu Jitsu and it has since become a regular and important part of my family’s life. Along with an awesome kids’ program, there are classes for my husband and me to take, and training with world-​class coaches has been an incredible experience. The staff are very friendly and everyone makes you feel like part of the team when you come here. It is very community driven unlike many large gym chains. The level of service and personal care is great and any problems that arise are quickly and effectively addressed. Great place to come and train with the whole family!

DHAFC is without a doubt the premier fitness center in Riverside County. Their new state of the art facility has everything ANYONE would need. On any given day, you will see young boys and girls at wrestling or maybe training with their jiu jitsu class, alongside many UFC legends as they spar and roll around preparing for their upcoming fights. There are also regular parents and even senior citizens that come in to workout and get fit… this gym is for everybody. Their coaches and trainers are world class. Many of them are World Champions in their disciplines and they are constantly helping and motivating members in their quest to better themselves. To put it plain and simple… DHAFC’s facility and staff are among the best in the business. DHAFC is now my families home gym, and we highly recommend it to anybody and everybody,

Best gym in the area. No question. Friendly staff, great professional team and if you’re on the opposite end of that spectrum and just want to have fun lots of classes offered.

For those who are looking for a clean private place to start your fitness goals this gym is the one.
I am a trainer and gym owner my self, and decided to visit Dan all i can say at the moment i walked in is I’m glad we have a awesome place to workout.

Love this place, My Daughter and wife joined since joining myself. Lost 30 lbs in 3 months. Great staff. Nothing like training with MMA pro fighters. Plus Dan is a very nice guy. Sam Alvey teaches the best Kids MMA class I have ever seen.

My first day back here and I find it to be awesome. I read these bad reviews on here about this center and I must say they are full of BS!!! To me these reviews are from competitors that are scared that this fitness center may steal their members or something.
First off everyone that works at this gym are welcoming and speaks very good English with the exception of some of the fighters. However, everyone behind the counter speaks very good English!
Secondly I have never seen dirt on the mates! Now if you came there for the viewing of the gym when it was being designed then yes you’re right but not when they opened it for the public, so stop lying and hating. As for the child center there are mates in there and if you saw that the care takers were not watching the children then as a parent you should have addressed the issues with the manager and the workers!
Lastly, Dan Henderson is a business man as well as a fighter for those who may have forgotten that. I don’t think the owner of 24 hour fitness go into every gym and sit there waving and shaking everyone’s hand every minute of every hour so miss me with how many times you have seen him enter his gym. How about you go take a business class and find out how things work. I have met Dan twice and he is a very nice and friendly guy which his staff reflects the same friendliness. I don’t think anyone should join a gym just to meet celebrities, Pro fighters or semi Pro fighters. You should join a gym to get healthy and fit which are the reasons I joined. My first month at team quest I lost 20 lbs and have maintained my weight because of the workout classes they offer. Yes it’s a plus working out next to the guy or woman you just saw on television but that’s not what you’re there for. You are there I hope to get into shape so Y’all need to stop hating on this man for making money and find you some buisness

I was getting my tire changed across the parking lot and saw the now open sign and decided to walk over and check it out. I used to work out at the old Team Quest gym in Murrieta a few years back and was interested to see the new place. From the moment I walked in I was amazed. This place is so much more than just an MMA gym now. They have weights, machines, all kinds of mat space, improved restrooms and even child care. The most important factor in my opinion in an MMA gym is the instructors and this place has world class instructors that up until my visit I had only seen on TV. I had decided to start acting my age and give up this type of training but after seeing this place I’m seriously rethinking that.
