After realizing my fingers were not going to go back to their normal size after two babies… I realized it was time to get my wedding rings sized up. Moses at Diamonds by Monet answered my emails within a few hours about pricing. I brought the rings down. The shop is clean and beautiful. Moses is very welcoming. The quote was reasonable. A day later the rings are sized correctly, cleaned and looking brand new. I am very happy with the service and would recommend this store. Next time I’m in the market for jewelry I will stop here first. Thank you!

I had a one carat princess cut diamond in a pave band made at the end of January. Joe worked with me on the price and the ring is stunning. Excellent clarity and color. My fiancé absolutely loves it and and so does everyone that sees it! Amazing quality and I can’t say enough about the ring and the service! I would recommend them to anyone!

We didn’t know anything about this store and just wandered in. We were pleasantly surprised to find beautiful jewelry at a very fair price. Moses is very accommodating and tries very hard to make sure you leave happy. We had a variety of needs: repairs, re-​sizing, watch bands, and new jewelry. We feel like we have found «our jeweler» for whatever is needed.

My fiancée and I came here last weekend looking for a wedding band. I brought my wedding ring in to be repaired and appraised. I have brought it several times to another jeweler, only to have the problem occur again. After reading Unilocal reviews, I decided to try Diamonds By Monet. Moses helped me and was amazing. He did an amazing job on my ring. I was not planning on a purchase, but ended up buying the ring of my dreams. Moses found an amazing diamond, and put together an amazing ring for, me at an amazing price. A beautiful VS1 with E color 1.22 princess cut diamond. It’s truly breath taking. The ring he set it in is just as gorgeous. I can’t stop looking at it. I had made the mistake of purchasing a ring online, and compared to my ring my Moses, it looks so bad. Luckily, I am returning the online ring. Everyone at the shop was so helpful. I never once felt pressured. They are a wonderful family owned business, and they have earned a customer for life. I highly recommend this business. The best around by far.

I special ordered a ring I seen in their showcase that was stolen when they got broken into. They assured me it would be the same ring, but when it arrived it was not. I did not like it, but they didn’t give me any hassle and gave me a great deal for only a couple hundred dollars more on a ring that had a price tag of about $ 1000 more than the one I ordered, so I was very happy and my wife loves her ring.
The ring has many small diamonds and on three occasions they have fallen out and there has been no problem dropping the ring off with them for the day to get new diamonds installed at no additional charge (they warrantee their rings and diamonds for as long as you own the ring).
I would definitely recommend and buy more jewelry from them.

Had the watch strap on my Pebble swapped out for a metal band. Moses was amazing and switched out the band while I waited; and even charged me less than their normal price!!! This is a fantastic jeweler and you can tell they care about their clients. Highly recommended!

I just got my wedding set… my man said it needs to be sized and put together. Then I looked up shops on the net for who does same day jewelry repairs and found Diamonds by Monet. There price to do the job was lower then other jewelers and it was done the same day. I got there at 1230 in afternoon and picked it up at 5 in the evening and it was done. Looks great. Terrible customer service!!! Quoted me 4 different prices for one jewelry repair. Seemed pretty sketchy to me… Definitely wouldn’t recommend taking your jewelry there for repairs.
Just wanted to clarify my review. I was told a repair would be $ 30 over the phone for a pair of earing backings. Then in person was told is was actually $ 60 since they charge per earring which wasn’t mentioned over the phone. Then I was quoted $ 18 dollars to fix one earring which wasn’t what I was asking for and then was finally told it’ll just be $ 120 for both. Very confusing and poor customer service.

I’m very happy with my experience. I had a ring resized and the did it quickly and for a very reasonable price. They also gave me the Unilocal check in discount.

I needed some appraisals done and called another popular jeweler in the area first. They were going to charge wayyyy more money, keep the jewelry, and take over a week to get the appraisals back. I called my lawyer (who was requesting the appraisals), and he recommended Joe at Diamonds by Monet. Joe was SO friendly and such a pleasure to deal with. I made an appt for late Friday afternoon, he took pictures and measurements of the pieces and I got them right back, and the appraisals were ready to pick up by Monday. You can also sell/​trade jewelry there, which is exciting for me because he has a beautiful 2.7 carat diamond I have my eye on ;) Great local jeweler to support for all your diamond needs!

I’m very pleased with my experience. They repaired and refilled gems for 3 rings (2 diamond rings and 1 Garnet ring). They are fast and efficient with great customer service and good, honest with pricing. Def will return in future as my to go jeweler

My fiancé and I came here looking to see if they could offer us the quality and experience we were looking for. We did not want to be pressured! With 4 weeks till our wedding, we came in just looking for ideas. We worked with both Joe and Moses, and never once felt pressured to buy or to decide quickly. They were kind, and actually listened to us.
A week later I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. The communication was great and I felt they knew exactly what I was looking for. With just a couple weeks till our big day, they let me know it would be two weeks to bring my ring to life and I was confident in their promise.
Just a week and a half later, Moses let me know when my ring was finished, and I went in to set the diamond. You can watch on camera as they do the process. My finished ring is ABSOLUTELY stunning. I could not have asked for better!!!
Overall, they are definitely our new go-​to jeweler. And the service is genuine and the quality is fantastic! Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful place! I came in and by the gods found what I wanted. I was driving around with the intention of visiting Jarred’s since the song kept playing in my head, but I came in here instead. It was meant to be. I was on a budget and was devastated when the price was wayyyyy over that. Maybe he saw my soul was crushed, I don’t know, but he made it happen! Very professional, no pressure in buying I really felt like I was treated with curtesy… I know nothing about Diamonds and he took the time to explain. Thanks will come again!

This is our second visit here and my wife and I are more than pleased with our experience.
On our first trip, Mosses assisted my wife and I on a repair and restructure of my wife’s old ring and a resize for my band. Moses was careful in clarifying the work and the cost for everything.
Only a day later, our order was finished and the outcome of both rings were exceptional. On this visit, Joe helped us further by describing and pricing other pieces of jewelry we’d be interested in the future.
We can’t wait to come back.

Diamonds by Monet is by far the best jewelry store in the area. As a family-​run business, they have exceptional customer service and reasonable prices. They have an extensive selection of beautiful items to chose from. They do an artful job with all repairs and will refresh or clean your jewelry at a good price.
