Ordered my food and sat down then the smell hit me this place smells like raw sewage and they don’t seem to care once I complained they blamed it on the dentist office next door. Couldn’t finish my meal left feeling sick

This is such a fun place! Great staff, I loved talking to Kailyn and Shelby at the bar. I had a chicken Cali burrito and it was delicious. Everything was quick for service. The environment is fun! Seems like a «Cheers» environment, very friendly where they know you’re name. Great beer selection and mixed drinks. I will for sure be back.

Service was super friendly. Food was just okay. Western burger was really yummy but fries a tad undercooked. Ranchero burrito looked great but lacked much flavor. Not a bad meal. Just not super.

This is my First time visiting this place and will be the last, let me explain, I came for lunch and ordered baby back ribs at 1245Pm on 01/30/2016. Was Told by manager that baby back ribs was sold out, was to show that it so good seller, but this was not true, they did not had any meats in stock. The salsa was actually sour and watery looking, it like can of tomatoes just poured in the salsa bar. The Tri tip sandwich was greasy and rubbery, fries was dry. My quarter chicken and tri-tip combo order, the rice was smashed and beans was crushed disgusting. The«PRODUCT» of meat is of poor quality for example the chicken was rubbery and the tri-tip was leathery to chew. They’re buying meats and chips and cans of tomatoes from«Food For Less supermarket supposed to Vons. If you don’t have the quality ingredients then the food won’t come out as good. The Ordering«PROCESS» is bit weird, sit down, then return to order by cashier, then sit down again. This is my thoughts and # My proposal as to the best course of action, is that customers should be seated and a waiter or waitress takes your order. For the presentation of chips basket put wax paper inside so it looks more presentable this looks«ratchet». For salsa give Hot, Medium, Mild for the salsa bar, and most of all better quality chips and salsa. Always have«QUALITY» meats available at all times. Please think, People, process, product. I love this place. It is perfect for any sort of outing you are looking to do. If you are out on a date, there are quiet booths. Looking for the game? Duke’s got it on! Looking for a stiff drink after a long day of work? You’ve come to the right place. Wanting to do a little evening work or phone-browsing? There’s a seat at the bar for you. Of course, if you come here to socialize, all of the regulars greet you like family. Not to mention, they have a killer happy hour including great food and $ 3.50 margaritas! The owners, Scot and Karen are awesome! The whole staff greet you by name and remember you every time you come in. And did I mention the margaritas? Wooohooo! Two of ‘me will get you feeling all warm and fuzzy inside. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great drink specials, stiff cocktails, good food, energetic music, and most of all, an attentive and friendly staff. Go Duke’s!

This place is seriously awesome. We stopped in after a quick run at the ATM only to be MORE than pleasantly surprised. Happy hour was ending shortly and we got in some GREAT items and a pitcher of beer at a great price. The service was stellar!!! The girls are all so nice and ensure that your experience is a good one. The food came out super quick(it’s a Friday night) and it was fresh, tasty, and filing!!! We will definitely come back when we’re in Temecula again!

Rate 2.5 if possible. Came here for lunch, my family & I were one of the first to come in just before rush. The chips & salsa are whatever. The salsa could be better it’s almost like tomato juice. We waited a good while to receive our food maybe 25 – 30 minutes. I feel like it’s been better before I don’t know if it’s the staff or the feeling that it feel dirty in there. Probably could have gone somewhere else.

I come in with my family and friends quite frequently. My friends and myself love the happy hour, the friendly staff, and terrific food! Huge variety of beers and a FULLBAR too! I recommend you come in and check it out for yourself. Try the Tri– Tip sandwich, carne Asada fries, street tacos or the new guava meatballs.

Friendly, attentive staff and amazing food. My husband and I spilt the California Burger which was huge! The fries were nice and crispy and had a great seasoning on them. Free chips and salsa which is nice because the food did take a bit to be served up but that just shows that it was cooked up fresh. Definitely going back!

I haven’t been to this location since it was Chuy’s, needless to say that was a number of years ago. Upon entering Duke’s it felt very familiar as both its appearance and menu are similar to Chuy’s. Moreover, upon entering we were greeted by a very friendly staff. They were happy to serve us as well as answer any questions we had. It was a great first impression. My wife and I ordered mesquite chicken sandwiches with a side Cesar salad. My kids shared a bean and cheese burrito which came with a side of rice, a cookie, and a drink. For some reason my kids, who normally love Spanish rice didn’t like this rice at all; however, they ate every bit of their burrito. As for the chicken sandwiches and salads they were just ok. It seems as those Dukes have made just a few small tweaks to the Chuy’s way of doing things and for us the tweaks went in the wrong direction.

This place is not good. You order at the bar and then have a seat. They are supposed to give you a basket for chips when you order, my server forgot I guess, I never got one. Free chips/salsa are nice but, the chips are completely covered in some salty seasoning concoction that sucks. The salsas are bland. I ordered a beer/water and the tri-tip burrito on special. They are all out of rice so they substitute beans instead. I ordered the burrito with no cheese. Apparently cheese was the only thing that had any flavor because my burrito was dull. The refried beans appear to be smashed cooked unseasoned beans. The«tri-tip» may have been in there but I didn’t see or taste it. Those are the only things wrapped in the burrito. Flavorless meat and flavorless beans. It was hot at least. I had to go and ask for my drinks after they failed to show up. Then I still had to wait s couple minutes. Poor service. Decent atmosphere. Terrible food. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I rounded up from a 1.5 rating to a two. Guess I’m feeling generous today… I’m really sad right now. I was hoping for some good BBQ. I Came to the wrong place… –chips had been sitting out since Bush was in office. STALE! –Tri-Tip was dryer than Death Valley with no flavor –The sandwich was more bread than meant 90/10ish –I got a cup of rice as a side that was the size of shot glass. –salsa sucked… one salsa I could have drank with a straw and other I needed a fork. Come on… find that balance. –at least the music is decent…

Sooo I haven’t even walked more than 5 ft in this place because… First attempt to eat here, I guess it was too late. It was about 20 min before closing time(which I think was too early if they have a bar) and the girl at the front explained that the kitchen was closed… So with sad faces I took a to go menu and left… Second attempt… Monday, the day after Easter Sunday… They’re CLOSED! I was so freakin mad. The sign on the door explained how they would be closed BOTH Easter Sunday AND the Monday after… I get businesses being closed on that Sunday, sure. But a second day?! It’s like I don’t even want to try going again, now that I’ve seem so many bad reviews. /: bummer.

First time ever eating at dukes. I had the Philly cheese steak sandwich. It was burned to a crisp and flavorless. I would not eat at dukes again.

I really want to like this place and give them a better star rating but I didn’t particularly like the food. I probably ordered the wrong thing but the ribs were not the best ribs I have ever had and the fries were seasoned like curly fries(which is always a plus). The ribs weren’t my cup of tea and I ate about 2 ribs and had to stop. They had a chips and salsa bar which was a great addition! On the plus side, the service was spectacular and I would give them 5 stars for the friendliness of the staff. I’ll probably come back again and try the Mexican food but definitely not the BBQ since the sauce wasn’t my thing.
