I wish I would have read the one review up here before I had ordered parts from the company. Pretty simple transaction, which if it were handled correctly, would have been fine. We ordered a new commercial faucet for our bar sink in our restaurant. It was urgent it be replaced and the sales guy, Christian promised 3 days– it is 17th, NOV so it would have been in on a Friday the 20th. I call to pick it up, he says its not in– promises Monday morning. We schedule our plumber for 4pm, thinking that is safe, for a morning delivery. We call monday at 9am, we are told the faucet is in. We go over at 3:30pm to retrieve it– mind you plumber has shown up early, and begins removal of the old faucet to save time. We return empty handed, because the faucet actually is not in. REALLY! They are not sure why, or what happened but will get to back to us. Mind you it is now 30th, November. We hear nothing back from anyone– leaving 3 messages over the course of 2 weeks. Now it is the 11th of December and Pedro who is a supervisor tells us it is in– but Kurt the manager«Refuses» to give us any kind of discount to off set our expenses with the plumber or the almost 4 weeks of inconvenience. Nothing– and Kurt seems to think this is «Our problem, not theirs». Nice customers service Kurt! Very disappointed that a neighboring company would choose to treat anyone this way.

Hands down the worst, repeatable customer service I have dealt with in a long, long time. I first called them to get a quote together on parts for a bathroom remodel. All went well and they drafted a saved quote for me. Went in to pay and the gentlemen was having problems processing the quote and had to have his supervisor come fix. A 5 minute expected visit turned into 48 minutes. I then went to pick up the parts at their warehouse, which they told me opened at 7am, in reality was 8am which allowed me to sit there for an hour. I receive the parts and realized one of the pieces I didn’t want I ended up still getting. No problem I’ll return it to the store Return the product to the same supervisor which was again having problems with the computer system, so he took down my credit card info and a copy of my invoice so he could call me in an hour to refund the payment. Three days later no one had called and I needed another part. So I go in there and get an immediate refund while processing the part that I needed to order. They told me the part would be in at noon the next day and I asked them twice before I left to call me when it came in. See how this is going? Three days later no one had called and I needed one last part. I go into pick up the part I ordered and the man starts looking around for the part. «Someone call you?». Nope, I answered. Then alias, the part is located. I order my final part that was suppose to have been in yesterday and still haven’t got a call back. I went in today and there it was, ready for pickup. I was beginning to think I was in a reality TV show were they test your patience because it baffled me how completely unreliable these people are. The sad thing is, they stock stuff Home Depot and Lowes(though they are more expensive than these companies) don’t so you are stuck using them when you need parts quick. So if you are going to buy something that is in stock, allow for about an hour of your time and double check your credit card bills. If you need to actually order something, good luck…
