GoWireless Verizon Premium Retailer

This is probably the worst customer service I have ever had. If you like getting ripped off constantly, then this is the store for you! The name of their game is how far can they go to rip a customer off. I came and tried buying an iPhone 6 and they didn’t have any so they put one on order for me. This was the 26^th of December and I still haven’t received my phone! They have had to re-​order it 3 times! I don’t get, their job isn’t hard! The managers keep coming up with some BS excuse every time. I bought my husbands phone on the same day, of course, they tried selling me some crappy droid phone, I had to tell them No like 20 times. I told them NO insurance, then I see I was charged for insurance on my bill. LOL. It’s not Verizon, its GoWireless. This company is lead by greedy salesman in disguise as «so called managers.“They are worse than the employees. They will do anything to make their profits, and the more of a douche bag you can be, the more this company can praise you. You must watch and see everything they are doing and especially their heinous «ready 2 go» fee. Its an extra 20.00 charge just for «helping» you. Then, they will try pitching you some customer loyalty program called, «Go Advantage.» This is a huge rip-​off and unnecessary. The whole employee staff acts like they’re doing you a favor when assisting you and makes you feel very uncomfortable. It was like trying to buy a car, the snakes come out of their holes. I will go to the Apple store or Verizon corporate store any day before I come back to this miserly little hell hole. WHAT a JOKE!

Having dealt with other Verizon stores that weren’t friendly or helpful, it was refreshing to come here. Brandon was awesome! He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Dragos helped me out too. Between the two of them, I not only got the devices I wanted, I know about a bunch of cool features I don’t have the time to figure out. If you want to go to a store where the employees are super friendly and helpful, this is it!

Great place, knowledgeable staff. Much better then the corporate store. Prices and deals vary per store so shop around.

My company recently decided to switch our account over from AT&T to Verizon. The store manager, Richard, was awesome. He’s very knowledgeable, patient, and made the transition painless. I felt very comfortable working with him. We’re super happy with the excellent customer service we received. I’ll be sure to recommend him to people in the future.

I have 10 devices on my account and this location has provided great service on all of them. Rachel and richard are very attentive and are top notch!

I recently came in to upgrade my phone and the staff here was very friendly and helpful. I was pleased with my visit and will definitely be returning in the future for any Verizon needs!
