Not a great experience. My 5 year old broke his femur and when I called I asked if I could have someone bring a wheel chair out to me(I also have a 2 year old with cerebral palsy who cant walk) and they said no I could come in and get it, but I wasn’t going to leave my children in the car. So I wore my 2 year old on my back and carried my 5 year old. No one offered to help me(I even had to open the door alone). After a LONG wait, Dr Kim was quick, rude and didnt explain anything. He didnt tell me how long he needed to wear the cast, he didnt tell me when he would put weight on it, he didnt tell me when to come back and he certainly wasn’t helpful on ways to help my son. When we went to get the cast taken off, we waited for over an hour. He cut it off and didnt prepare us for the pain my son would be in immediately after. It was awful.

Was referred to Dr Kim by a nurse friend. She loves him. Went to see him in excruciating pain, eventually i had arthroscopic surgery. he cleaned up my damaged knees which bought me some time. Pain Minimal. Life better. But now having BTKR this week with Dr. Kim. His office staff is great, his nurse assistants are caring and he is caring and wonderful. I’ve had so many co-workers tell me how what a wonderful ortho surgeon Dr Kim is… He is very well loved by his patients and their families. He is caring and thorough. I recommend him to anyone.
