A hidden gem 1 hour away from Orange County and Los Angeles. We spent 2 nights and 3 days at this amazing place. The water is all natural and my mind and body feel almost cleansed and purified from this amazing place. It has 2 camp grounds that are meant only for groups, so sorry no single family camping here. The camp grounds are shaded by enormous vegetation and trees. So you can expect temperatures about 10 degrees less than Temecula weather. They have a enormous swimming pool that is free to use all day for campers. In the middle of the camp site is the remnants of a old town, you can see where the old saloon, bank, and jail were. It’s pretty amazing just to look at the old artifacts they have there. If you have a groups of at least 10 families I totally recommend to check this place out and spend some quality family time. It is meant for church retreats so you will see things like the stations of the cross and statues of Jesus. I asked and you don’t have to be religious to make a reservation here. I hope everyone has a chance to try this amazing place.
