This doctor is fantastic. Had a problem that was sending me to the hospital every year for many years. Primary Care physicians and hospital doctors were baffled. When we moved to Temecula, I switched to Dr. Felong as my PCP. His staff was considerate and helpful as he worked through panels and tests to finally get the answers I needed. My life is changed because he took the time to get the right answer. His staff is efficient yet down to earth. Cannot imagine where I would be without this excellent team of healthcare professionals.

I went to see doctor Felong about a year ago. I told him that I had a lump on the bottom of my foot that I was concerned about. He looked at the bottom of my foot and made this disgusting look and said it looks like a planters wart. The funny part is I know what a planters wart looks like and it wasn’t a planters wart so he sent me to a specialist. I went to the specialist and they told me it was planters fasciitis which is just a torn muscle in the bottom of your foot. So that was the end of it I never went back because I felt like the doctor had no idea what he was doing. Come to find out he had scheduled a follow up appointment for me to come back without telling me then apparently they charge you $ 25 for a missed appointment which I had no idea about until I looked at my credit report. He had actually filed a $ 25 charge off on my credit. I have contacted my attorney and we are moving forward with legal action.

Totally agree about front office staff being the worst. By the way, they are a mother daughter tag team and have worked for Dr. Felong for over 15 years that I know about so he is well aware of what he’s got there so apparently is happy with the set-up. Couldn’t pay me enough to go there anymore!

Horrible office staff :( The doctor is great. His office staff is horrible. The so-called office manager is the worst. How this undesirable, no personality, rude, insincere person has worked in a doctor’s office or for that matter in the customer service field for many years is beyond belief. The receptionist started off ok, but after the office manager blew up with her attitude in my face, the receptionist had an atttude as well, probably because she feared she would be fired unless siding with her so called office manager. The two girls up front dressed and acted very unprofessional. Take my advice, save yourself the time and aggravation of going to this place and go elsewhere. Like I say the doctor was good, but unfortunately patients have to deal with the front office first and if you ask to speak with the doctor, they will not let you. I would bet the doctor would love to know how his staff operates. I think a couple of unprofessional acting individuals would be in the bread line.
