These guys are always super friendly and «above and beyond» helpful. They were packed busy and moved through the group of people efficiently and we’re talking to everyone throughout. A nice and easy mailing center in this neighborhood of Temecula.

Ummmmmm, I do have a valid drivers license… and that was not even my question to you… I stand by my statement that you are the rudest and most foul person… and when I called the corporate office they knew immediately which store I was speaking of and stated that NUMEROUS people have called to complain about the level of customer service!

Left my prepaid package on a time limit because of paypal and ebay and they never shipped it out. Very upset didn’t even receive a phone call despite I have been a customer for years!

Really nice workers!!! Totally work to keep their customers happy. Sad to say I shipped an item here and the item got lost never reached its destination. Not sure whose fault that was but made me some what skeptical. Like I said great customer service though!

Fast service, nice staff, and lots of options. I get all my paramedic livescan stuff done here and I’m always treated well. They also do DMV services here.

Went to store to drop off pre-​labeled box. Asked for a receipt as it was an expensive cell phone. Lady replied computer was not hooked up to printer even though it printed a shipping label for the prior customer. I asked if she could email it. The owner then stepped in and curtly said no receipts and I could go elsewhere. I said your customer relation skills need improving at which point he became quite irate. Probably didn’t help when I pointed out his behavior as reflective of my comment. As I left he yells never come back.
I go to another store and yes indeed they can print out a receipt as the UPS system utilizes the same printer for both.
Bottom line I will go the the more distant store for their friendly service.
If I could I would not give even one star.
