I’ve only been here a handful of times and it has always been to get ice cream. There are few times you encounter a person who stands out in a customer service situation. Julian greeted me appropriately, did his job effectively and was respectful. This young man has great potential to move up in the company.

Best Rite Aid in town. The pharmacists know us by name and are always very prompt and helpful. The employees who work here, Rob, Chris, Jon, Chris, Lacy… I know that I am missing many people whose names I cannot remember but they are all so nice and have great customer service. The store has many weekly deals and with coupons added to that I save a lot of money here. Its more convenient than going to Wal Mart. The ice cream is awesome and the liquor/​beer prices are on point. Love having this as my neighborhood Rite Aid.

Horrible! Their customer service lacks big time. They are willing to keep their customers in line and do nothing about it. The cashiers are not even knowledgable about their store policy. The manager is a racist man (I will not go in detail). Can’t believe one time when I wanted to ask him something I was told I had to WAIT because he went to pick up his kids during his WORK! Really now? I rather drive to a further rite aid than go to this one.

I am not sure that I have a ton to add here. Keep in mind that this is specifically for the pharmacy and nothing else. The everything else part I dread as the lines can be LONG and the cashiers seem to take FOREVER… BUT I digress, we are talking about the pharmacy. Every person I have talked with in the pharmacy has been amazingly helpful! They are patient and willing to take the time to explain any questions that you may have. They will also put you on an automatic refill program, which has been a great benefit. Great service and friendly staff… at the pharmacy.

I love this pharmacy! They recently promoted the 15 min medications thing which they promise to have your meds ready in 15 min. They also have a drive thru if you don’t feel like getting off the car. The female pharmacist is very nice and she won’t feel bothered if you have questions for her even when you’re not buying medication.

I’ve come here to buy medicine and supplement and have been lucky enough to find some good deals. Other than that most of the other things they sell is pretty expensive or over priced.
Although I haven’t had their ice cream in awhile it is cheap and I remember enjoying 1 or 2 scoops from time to time :).

I could have sworn that I wrote a review for this place a year ago but I guess not. There’s really nothing much to this Rite Aid other than the fact that they sell something that no other supermarket or convenience store sells in Temecula.
