Roncone Tinou T Ms DDS

Fresh graduating from dental school, I worked for Dr. Roncone for almost a year, until I realize that dental wasn’t for me. Anyways a few things I will say working for her is that, the reasons why I’d recommend her to anyone is #1 she’s honest. Yes, She’s straight forward which she should be, If your going to a Periodontist office most of the time your teeth are getting to the point of almost falling out on their own so she needs to be direct in explaining to you what caused it and what needs to be done to prevent them from falling out, so you understand the importance. Secondly she will not do any treatments unless you need it! I saw patients coming in on their own to get a consultation without a referral and she was honest and told them a few areas to focus on when brushing, ect. And sent them on their way. She understands treatment is expensive so she won’t have you pay a fortune unless necessary. She’s extremely big on sanitation so you don’t ever have to worry about barriers not being placed or suctions being cleaned out. To end this, review. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Your in good hands if you’re her patient

I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Roncone. In my experience, Dr. Roncone seemed set in her ways, uncompassionate, and unaccommodating. I recommend looking elsewhere to find a dentist or periodontist who listens well and tries to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Everything is fine until the guaranteed work is needed, then she throws everyone under the bus and the charges continue. I will be taking her to small claims court. I have recording of her staff lying about what was and was not done. Talks a good show, but when it comes to taking responsibility for her actions and mistakes, you get the bill for that… NOT Recommended.

Dr. Roncone was reccomended to me by my regular dentist (Dr. Yap). The office and staff are very pleasant, and Dr. Roncone herself is incredibly professional with a great «chairside» manor. I had LAN gum work done and was very pleased with the procedure itself. MUCH better than getting your gums cut old school style.
