See’s Candies

Yep. decided to stop by sees candies today for a little treat for all of us … BIG MISTAKE !!! Unfortunately the chocolates we bought today were terrible ! The chocolate tasted old and we are disappointed. This is the 2^nd time we have bought candies from there and the chocolate wasn’t any good. I’m starting to think that Sees Candies isn’t what it used to be …

Once and a while I will pop in to get a sample with NO intention on making a purchase and then the flavors fire up the neurons and the next thing that I know is I am buying this and that! DAMN THEM for MY addictions! :) Wendy ROCKS!

I love this place! It always smells so good when you walk in. Of course you can not visit TO often as they give a free sample with each visit. Their customer service is always very friendly and helpful and the ladies are always in a great mood. I go here for my «go to» or «last minute» gifts and I have never been disappointed!!!

I don’t come here often, but I stopped by two weeks ago and was just blown away by the service!
Every single employee was SO friendly and super helpful in helping us look for what we needed. They let us sample whatever we wanted, and we had no issues using the Costco certificates that we purchased.
For those complaining about the wait — it’s like that everywhere around this time. It’s not really their fault… ease up!

4 days till Christmas, a line wrapped around the store and, they only have two people working behind the counter. This is the worst service I’ve ever seen at a see’s candy in my life!!! Everyone in line is complaining to one another and they have yet to ask the other three women that are in the back unpacking boxes (the employees only door is open) to come help them out.

I was not impressed with the customer service at this location at all! My Son, and I were at Costco across the street, and decided we would like a little treat. We walked into the store, and saw a line winding around the back of the shop. There was one employee in the entire store, on a weekend! This store used to have an employee servicing the customers in the long line to hand pack their pound of candy, and also an employee manning a separate register for those of us who came in to just grab a candy bar or other pre-​wrapped item. I was waiting over at the empty register for someone to ring me up for my candy bar, and being ignored when finally the only store employee looked up and said «You need to wait in line with everyone else I am the only one working today!» I put my purchase back because I refuse to wait in line for 2 hours for a candy bar. This is the second time I have come in here on a weekend, and they have chosen to only have 1 employee working there. I also remember the great customer service, and being greeted by friendly employees with free samples. Not anymore. If I am going to spend the kind of money Sees charges, then I would rather take my business elsewhere and be treated decently.

This is my Number 1 See’s store and number two is in the Tustin marketplace, the largest See’s I’ve ever visited.
Open Monday through Saturday 10 to 6 and Sundays 12 to 4.

I absolutely love the regular ladies that work here. The candy is nice, but I have to say that the customer service is what keeps me coming here. The ladies know me, my kids and my husband. If I ever need See’s candy, I refuse to buy it anywhere other than in here because they all treat me so well. Even when my kids come in by themselves, they are still treated well. Once again, the candy is good, but the staff is TERRIFIC!

I love See’s candies my favorites are chocolate raspberry truffle and Scotch kisses (a customer I was talking to in line recommended that one) it is now one of my favorites. There is one of the best ladies that works there. She is ALWAYS so friendly and smiles. So welcoming. She also said you can put scotch kisses on top of a ham. Great idea.

Packed on the day before Valentine’s. Don’t be a last minute shopper!

The ladies that work here are so nice! On big events or holidays they usually schedule enough people so the line moves pretty quickly. They’re good about giving out samples, which of course, free and candy? –makes everyone happier. They give their time and attention to the person they are helping, and make everyone feel special :)

I’ve never been to See’s Candies where the staff is not friendly. Even if you don’t buy anything, you can get a free sample. YUM! ;) My favorite is the Dark Chocolate Truffle.

I love this place!!! I come by here when I get a chocolate craving and the ladies there are so nice and friendly. I love good customer service, they are truly happy to work their and so would I :) The chocolate is the best!!! I ask for it every year for my Birthday and Christmas nothing else is better.

Sooo good and so bad for you at the same time. The location is convenient as it is situated across from the Promenade. Hours are kind of a drag if you’re looking for a last minute gift at 9p. But other than that this store carries their full line of sweet treasures.
