Strictly Workout Wear

We went here for some dancewear and they turned out to be pleasant and helpful! They started out a little rude because they were pretty busy, but the time spent with us and accommodating our needs were top notch! They didnt even mind staying to help after the store had closed. I would recommend this store for their selection and helpfulness!

The prices are reasonable and right in line with chain retailers. I had avoided going in there for awhile as I was assuming there would be a huge price difference and as much as I want to support local, sometimes you have to be thrifty (especially if you have a child in dance!) but, I was feeling silly after our first stop in. The ladies working were so kind me patient with my daughter– slipping 3 different styles
Of jazz shoes on her feet, helping her to make a decision on which felt best, talking to her and not just to me. I was very impressed. We have since bought 2 more pairs of shoes, a few leotards and some accessories. as long as we are in the area, I will be going into strictly work out wear for my daughters dance needs.

Super great! I arrived today 40 minutes before the store opened by accident. I parked in the store’s designated spot and then realized I was very early. I sat in my car for a second trying to decide how in the world I was going to fill the gap of time waiting for them to open. Super awesome… One of the store associates saw me and actually came out to my car and invited me in to get what I needed. Saved 40 minutes of my day! They are always very helpful and courteous. Not to mention they always seem to have what we need!

I have been a customer of SWW for over 10 years and love it so much I started working here! Just want to respond to Erica D — I was one of the people working the day you commented about — and the lady who came out from the back was KIDDING when she said «…what — you guys can’t help two people at once?» At that time — we did not have half soles for children’s sizes, and as she has been the buyer for 20 years, she knew what our stock was. We know have them. I am sorry you took the information the wrong way and hope you will give us another chance! We really are a wonderful place to shop and extremely accommodating! WORST customer service ever. I walked in and there were two ladies assisting other customers and one said we will right with you so I said no problem and waited off to the side. So one lady says to another who was in the back room if she can help. She replied to her «WHAT you guys can’t help two people at once?» Anyway so she asks what I need, I explained to her that I wasn’t sure what the shoes my daughter needed were called and she interrupts me and starts saying off «tap?ballet?jazz? What?» And I said no she’s on the competition team they are half ballet shoes and she says «oh turners NOPE we don’t have her size» without even showing me the shoe she was talking about or measuring/​looking at my daughters foot. I said oh can I see what you’re talking about to make sure those are the ones? And she tells the other woman who was with a customer to show me, apparently the one who was originally helping me just couldn’t walk over and show me. Since that lady was helping someone else. I ended up leaving because I couldn’t believe how rude that woman was. I’m all about supporting small businesses but it was upsetting and embarrassing to be treated so rudely and cut off like I didn’t know a thing I was talking about. Definitely won’t be shopping there again.

We just had one of the best experiences with a family owned business in Temecula where customers do matter! My daughter needed a few dance items for an audition tomorrow. She told me they closed at 6:30 pm. I did not think I would make it there before the store closed, so, I called the store. Elaine told me she would wait for me to arrive and added that I didn’t need to rush… just drive safe! Not only did she wait for me, but she didn’t rush us with our purchase. THIS is what I love about shopping at local family owned businesses in Temecula. Thank you, Elaine! They have the best dance wear!!!

Even if their patient staff has to go through 20 different styles and sizes. We have been going here for almost eight years now and wouldn’t shop anywhere else!
