Thank you so much anh Kenny. This is easily the best haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life. I walked out feeling like a celebrity. I came in knowing what I wanted, showed Kenny a photo, and got exactly what I was hoping for, perhaps more. He understood what I wanted to achieve and perfected it. Even I cannot understand what I want sometimes, because I can be very picky and complicated. I wanted a cut, with no layers, semi natural bob, and at the same time layered in a way that looks like it was cut straight across. Are you following me? Haha, but Kenny did exactly that. I’m so happy with my hair, And very thankful that he took his time, cared about my hair, and was shooting for the best results! I highly recommend Kenny!

It’s was about that time and I was longing for a change, and if you’re like me, a new hairstyle is just what I need. I really want to get my hair done but some of the obstacles that stood in my way were:
1.) I’m really picky about who can make changes to my hair.
2.) What Hair Salon do I choose?
3.) Who would be the right person to fit the style I’m looking for?
3.) How much much will it cost me?
For the people who are always scared of trusting someone new with their precious hair, Kenny Le from Temecula Salon & Day Spa, is that person you can let your guard down with. One of the most important things for me, and what I look for in any professional, is someone who is passionate about what they do. Hands down Kenny L is that person and he is truly a hidden gem of a hairstylist/​artist in Temecula (outskirts Riverside & San Diego County). Kenny L has over 17 years of experience (I had to ask), and if you watch him you will notice how well he cuts/​colors your hair with such technique and precision. A true hairstylist/​artist who combines mathematics and science for an amazing result. Kenny L also hand picks all the products he uses because they are high quality and it really works (result = leaves your hair feeling AMAZING!).
I’ve been wanting to get a really good haircut for so long and let’s just say I really needed one BADLY. But I took my time to search for the right person, someone who fit the style I was looking for. Needless to say, it took a very long time… Little did I know the right person was only 30 minutes away. I wanted a new hairstyle with perfect beautiful layers (kinda like the type of hairstyles you see on celebrities but could never realistically afford). I found Kenny L on Unilocal and based on his pictures of previous clients, I didn’t care how much it cost I wanted nice hair like that. I called him and he answered right away and was able to schedule me to come in that day! When I came into to the shop I was so nervous but the staff was so friendly and Kenny L came out to greet me and walked me to his chair. Kenny L is so friendly, quiet, and humble. He took his time to analyzed my hair. He listen to what I wanted and was able to tell me what would truly go with my skin tone and face shape (I did layers with balayage). I was so happy with my new hair, I came back and brought my aunt the very next morning! He fixed my aunts dead, dry hair and brought it back to life.
I am very happy to say I have officially found my hairstylist and I would never go to anyone else (I hope he never moves away)!
For the people who are scared of trusting someone new new with their hair. Kenny L is the right person to let your guard down with. He is truly one of a kind and it’s so rare a guy of his talent to be this side of Hollywood. You can be assured he will make sure to make you look your very best.

One of the girls here was supposed to do my hair and makeup for my wedding.
On the day of my trial run she double booked me with somebody else so what should have been a one hour or so appointment turned into about 3 because of waiting to get started and stopping multiple times to help another person. This caused me to run late for an event with my bridesmaids at the dress shop. This alone should have given me cause to run and not use her, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt.
Now, 4 months before my wedding I receive word that she has scheduled herself to be out of state the weekend of my wedding and will no longer honor her commitment to do my hair.
At this point finding a new person has been ridiculously difficult as everyone is either booked or over twice as expensive as what she was doing it for.
She pawned me off on a friend, however then told that friend I didn’t want to use her, now that person won’t return my messages.
I am sooooooo irritated I could scream!
While this is not 100% the salon’s fault, their stylists DO represent the salon, and having flakes at your company is a direct representation of the service you should expect!
Please keep in mind, I waited 3 weeks to write this review, and put everything I have into finding a new person before committing to leaving a negative review here, but the inability to find a replacement has left me no choice.

Wow. Amazing, experienced, and talented Hairstylist!!! So glad I made an appointment with Kenny. He is the best. Also, a very nice guy. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment with Kenny. He will give you the perfect haircut/​color. Thank you so much Kenny. I will see you again :)

This review is for my hair stylist, Lori Nolan, who occupies one of the spaces at TS&DS. I have been going to Lori since she was at another salon, and I have followed her here. To say I’m a picky client is an understatement. I care about current trends and product innovations, and I’m aware of what I feel looks best on me. I’ve been to very skilled hair stylists in the past, and I read up on what’s happening in the industry. I like good hair and I’m an aging «fashionista.» I want a good balance between a stylist who gives me the benefit of his/​her knowledge and artistry, while respecting my comfort zones.
I’d been trying to find a decent stylist since I moved back to this valley in 2010, and was having a rough time. Prices in the valley have skyrocketed, while the quality of knowledge and technique has not matched that hike. I encountered a few stylists who charged a lot for very novice work and had some less than happy results. Lori was the first stylist who I could tell understands product application and properties, what is practical in the real world (fashionable but not overwrought), and with strong styling skills (you leave there feeling like you want to go out so someone can see your new cut/​color).
Lori knows how to cut hair, she is one of those people who moves your hair around and you can tell she has the experience and knowledge to give you sound advice. She uses fantastic products, and her color is probably the best I’ve ever had. I have come to the point where I just sit in her chair and let her lead the process. I used to always have a reaction to the chemicals in standard color (feeling some sting and getting blotchy in areas), her product does none of this and is not even noticeable – it actually smells good! She gives recommendations, takes notes so that she remembers what she has done in the past, and let’s me know what is going on with my hair.
She respects my wish to not always follow trend, but stick with what is flattering. Her cuts are modern but also easy to live with.
Lori has become a friend, too, but I don’t take hair recommendations lightly: I think she’s one of the top stylists in this valley, and I give her a hearty recommendation without any reservations. In addition to a great hair style and the best color in the valley, you will also enjoy Lori’s enthusiasm and straight-​forward style.

KENNY is awesome! he listens to you,& make sure you will leave his salon happy, I always comes back to him. He’s perfectionist! Thank you again.

Kathy has been my stylist for going on 15 years, she is professional, kind and we always have a great time, love her!

Had a great visit with Kenny last week. I get very nervous trying out new hair stylists. Kenny was very patient and took his time talking to me in normal language to find out what I really want. I don’t really know hair language so it was comforting that he was very willing to explain everything to me. He also considered my physical features when helping me decide what work needed to be done. He was not at all pushy about adding extra service, promoting products, or scheduling the next appointment. I was so satisfied with his work I already scheduled my next appointment.

Kristy did a great job on my hair, but she’s very clumsy, got dye all over. I asked her some questions about my service and she really offended me. Saying «you’re not a hairstylist, so you wouldn’t know» I will NEVER return to this place, because of her comments and also because this place is filthy! Cob webs, dirty floors, dirty mirrors. NOT impressed other than the job done on my hair and that is not nearly enough for me to come back and give them $ 300 of my money.

I went to Temecula Salon and Day Spa to have my hair done by Kenny. First, I am VERY picky when it comes to my hair. It had been a long time since I had ventured into a salon, since my regular person wasn’t available. I went out on a limb and had Kenny cut my hair. I am beyond pleased with the results!!! It is so nice going to a salon that is clean, and has a great stylist like Kenny! The rest of the staff was very friendly, and overall it was a great experience!!!

KENNY is outstanding. I followed him from his last location and he always is friendly, fast, and very talented. He’s great with kids too! Can’t say enough good things.
At his last location, there would be 5 other «stylists» (hair cutterers) sitting at their stations reading magazines, with a line of people waiting for Kenny. He’s great.

LORI NOLAN has been my stylist for a number of years. She is friendly, honest and provides input to assist you in your styling decisions. She is excellent in cutting and coloring hair, expert at applying highlights that complement your skin tone; love the caramel highlights. She’s also reasonably priced, a definitely a plus!
