I recently wrote a review regarding this business that I have since removed.
The owner contacted me personally and provided a lengthy and convincing explanation for not responding to me regarding a refund.
she stated that she is unable to respond to me on Unilocal so I felt it unfair to present my viewpoint without her having the opportunity to present a counterpoint.
Finally I appreciate her generous offer to rectify the situation, which is a great indicator of good business practices. Also might I add that her store is lovely and my dispute should not be a reflection on the store itself

If you are into drawing with Copic brand products you have to check out this store. They have the best prices and a refill service for your pens. Not to mention we like shopping at local businesses whenever we can. The staff is fantastic and are very knowledgeable when it comes to any project regarding skrapbooking or knitting or using Copics. If your in old town Temecula it is a cool shop to check out. You might feel crafty.

Don’t know why this store isn’t listed on Unilocal’s site under search terms for scrapbooking, paper crafts, scrapbooks and stamping but it ought to be. This is a small, quaint little shop with a great selection of printed paper, stamps, misters and inks along with some inspirational projects to think about. Located in the heart of charming old Temecula, you’ll enjoy visiting it and the other shops nearby if you’re in the neighborhood.
