I had the cookies and cream cupcake and it was incredible! I also had the smores cupcake on another visit, it was super tasty, but crazy messy. The chocolate chip oatmeal cookie was a little soft for me, but still delicious. The peanut butter cookie is super tasty too. So, I guess everything was tasty. :D Favorite though, cookies and cream for sure.

Came in before they closed but they were very nice and friendly staff. The cupcakes were perfect since they were perfectly moist. The mocha latte was good too. Would definitely return and beautifully decorated place as well! Loved it!

Oh my gosh… This place is amazing! Yesterday my daughter and I went and got 2 cup cakes and when I say these were delicious– that’s such an understatement. I paid about 9 dollars because we got a slice of cheese cake to go for my husband and he has never tasted cheese cake as good as this place. Back to the cost … Honesty after I took one bite of these cup cakes it was worth every penny!!! It is a must have!

I went here with a couple of my friends, just to hang out quickly before we each went to our separate homes. What better place to do this than a quaint little bakery café? The food was great, I had the oatmeal toffee cookie, my friends had the red velvet cupcake, and the snicker doodle cookie, along with a green tea. All items were excellently crafted. The food was sweet, however the customer service was not. We hung out in the inside lobby because it was getting late, we were treated rudely and watched as if we were about to steal the baked goods from under the shelves. We still hung out, for about 30 minutes, on the way out I asked if you guys had a recycle bin, because I had bought a Coke Zero, an associate with a beard and nicely shaped eyebrows rudely, and crassly told me «no». Being that I have worked customer service before, I understand that it’s stressful, however this question was not asked in a rude manner. Especially considering, there was a recycle bin just outside the store. The attitude was uncalled for, and really has made me think about coming back. Thank you.

This is a great little spot to grab something sweet. I love the tasteful décor and the yummy treats. Though cupcakes are the«stars» of the shop, and they are really good, it’s the oatmeal coconut salted caramel cookies that keep bringing me back. They are insanely delicious!

They did the cupcakes for my wedding, and it was lovely. Delivery and set up were flawless and the Strawberry Hill cakes were divine. Thanks again!

I have been a long-time customer of Truly Madly Sweetly. Whenever I need to feed my need for something sweet, I drop in for their red velvet cupcakes. It is absolutely yummy! Their cupcakes are always moist and the frosting decadent. Not at all cloying like other cupcakes from local bakeries. The service has always been quick and the employees are pleasant. I have ordered large orders on two separate occasions(for birthday parties for both of my children). Placing the orders were always painless and on one of the orders I had to order last minute(ordered 3 days before event), but was still accommodated. The cupcakes were hits at both parties, with guests wanting to know where I ordered from so they can drop in. I highly recommend Truly Madly Sweetly!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Great customer service and amazing cupcakes. They saved me this Mother’s Day by allowing me to come before they opened to purchase cupcakes for my grandmother

I won’t buy cupcakes anywhere else. Everything here is super tasty, but there’s something about their cream cheese frosting… I crave it! If you like cream cheese then try their heartthrob or love bunny cupcakes, you won’t be disappointed.

The cheesecake was pretty good. Unfortunately, the cupcakes were very dry, and the frosting was starting to harden. It tasted like they were at least a day old. I’ve definitely had better. Not going back any time soon.

This was posted on 5÷18÷2014, but somehow ended up in «Tips» so am posting the review where it should be… I should give this 1 star but will give it 2 averaging out the goods with the level of service… Went here yesterday and spent $ 15 on 4 cupcakes. When I arrived, the owner was chatting it up with a friend, and had no time to greet me or even acknowledge my presence. She was quite smug and seemingly rude. After a few minutes, one of the bakers emerged and took my order. The cupcakes were delish, altho the frosting was way too sweet for my taste. The strawberry cheesecake was heavenly and I’d order it again, but I’ll find another shop where they realize why they are in business.

Best cup of midday decaf in a long time :) My hubby and I shared the chocolate chocolate cupcake AND chocolate chip cookie. Both were soft moist, flavorful and delicious. The servers were friendly, and helpful, and I loved the vintage vibe.

Their cupcakes are so amazing. The buttercream is out of this world and the cake is moist and not overly sweet. After eating a cupcake it leaves you wanting more. I love the white out which is vanilla bean frosting with vanilla bean cake. I’ve tried quite a few cupcake in the valley and these are by leaps and bounds the best. You must go down and try. We also have tried a gluten free cookie and it was delish. Nice and big so you feel like you get your money’s worth. It’s Moist and not overly sweet.

Phooey. I have had amazing gluten-free cupcakes back home in Louisiana. In case you weren’t aware, Louisiana is a place where foodies go to die. So that’s saying something when I had a better cupcake THERE than here. I ordered a vanilla cupcake with vanilla buttercream and one with strawberry buttercream. The frosting on both was great. The cake however, was dry and tasteless. At first I had been a little disappointed at the fact that they only had GF cupcakes Fridays through Sundays, but now I realize it’s because they just aren’t good enough to have week-long. Perhaps more people would request them if they tasted more like the cupcakes from Buttercups in Shreveport. So moist and delectable!

Stopped by to pick up a cupcake after dinner. The case was pretty empty and our choices were limited. It was about 7 which I understand is kind of late, but it’s located by the restaurants in the mall so I would think their normal clientele are those who stop in after dinner. We picked the éclair cupcake because it looked so delicious, and it was 1 of 3 cupcakes we could choose from. We took our cupcake to go but ate it as soon as we got home. It was very dry and tasted like a boxed cake mix. The custard was nothing to brag about. Tasted like vanilla pudding. I don’t plan on returning to this cupcake location. I will drive somewhere further away the next one I’m craving an overpriced cupcake.

Cupcakes and mini-cheesecakes were divine. Key lime mini cheesecake was perfect. Good portions. Great location within an outdoor mall. Sparse seating though with only a few outdoor tables.

What a cute little place… stopped in here after lunch and picked up a few treats… the sales girl was very friendly and recommended a few items and we got a cheese cake and a couple cup cakes… OMG the Mocha Latte cupcake tastes just like a cup of coffee… I was SOOOO impressed!

I love cupcakes, but my cousin is a cupcake connoisseur so when she tells me of a good place I listen. The secret to a good cupcake comes down to the ingredients. If you keep it simple and use the finest ingredients you can find while doing so, you come out with something truly amazing. I walked in and wanted one of ALLTHETHINGS. Luscious looking cheesecakes, cookies, and of course the cupcakes. I couldn’t leave without getting a «short stack» which is a maple cupcake that tastes like eating a fork full of buttery pancakes drizzled in maple syrup. It was divine. And apparently is only offered on Sundays so take note. I also tried their pumpkin with cream cheese icing which was just as good. They had other flavors such as red velvet of course, the whiteout which is both vanilla cake and frosting, the indecision which is a half vanilla half chocolate cupcake, and one called coffee toffee. I know I’m missing a few, my cousin was telling me about a lemon one they have but it must not be on Sundays because we didn’t see it. They were also featured on the tv show Cupcake Wars which doesn’t surprise me once I tasted their yummy treats. I adore the pink and white stripped takeaway boxes and the name Truly Madly Sweetly is clever and fun. The prices are steep at $ 4 a cupcake and $ 2.25 each for their miniature versions. However, they are completely worth the splurge. GF friends there is also something here for you! I appreciate places who aim to make all customers happy and they certainly do so here.
