Friendly cashiers, good prices, the quality of the donuts were really good too, definitely worth coming to.

THEWORSTDONUTPLACEEVER!!! It’s a messy, dirty, disorganized place(paperwork & junk scattered everywhere) and I am very surprised they are in business. The place doesn’t look like the photos posted so the photos must be old. Very poor selection, dry bagels & very few of them. Croissant wasn’t fresh and they have a menu on their wall but they don’t offer any of it except egg, ham & cheese! Ridiculous!!! There was hard crunchy stuff in my egg, ham & cheese croissant so I assume those were egg shells :(They might as well close this place down because the customer service is really bad too!!!

On my way to Vegas today and decided to stop here for a bacon, egg and cheese on a Bagel. Well they had no bacon, or egg. So I got a donut. Not worth it. The bf wanted an onion bagel… They don’t sell them so he got a donut, but she gave the wrong one. Also asked for a coffee. Didn’t have that either. This was a wasted breakfast. Neve again. Oh, also she was in her pjs. Looked hungover. It was just weird over all.

Not worth your time or money. The donuts are rarely fresh. The place is literally hot and stuffy, it’s no fun siting in there. Most of the negative reviews on here are accurate from my experience. There’s other donut shops in town to try before you come here…

This was the most disappointing«donuts and begels» experience ever. Don’t ever have the name«begles» in your display name, and only offer two choices of rock hard refrigerated begles! Plain or jalapeño.,. Seriously? That’s just shameful! If you sell just a selection of donuts then take the begles sign off!

I’ve been here a few times before work. Each time is just okay. There are always only a few options of doughnuts. Not much variety at all! And each kind doesn’t even really have a lot in the case. It’s a sad donut situation. They charge extra if you use a card to pay. The woman behind the counter always looks angry to be awake. I’m not a morning person either, but her whole persona is unfriendly. Not really what I want to experience in the morning. There are never any napkins to be found by the register. I’ve never had a bad experience with the donuts, but they don’t blow me away either. Unilocal says it best, «Meh.» Also, one time before work I stopped in to get donutholes for a small birthday celebration. The woman behind the counter wanted to put them in small little bags. The donutholes would have never transported properly nor could I display the donut holes in bags. I had to ask for a box, but they only had a large box. I got like 50 donut holes, but it looked like a small amount in such a large box.

Messy, dirty, lights were off. I was afraid to eat anything from there. My boyfriend survived though, but hated his bagel. Starbucks next door is safer.

They obviously have not read their Unilocal reviews. All the things I read in the lower star reviews are still there. Seems like a family owed place. The girls there were very young and I’m sure just don’t have the life experience to give really great customer service. Selection is very poor and the place is not welcoming at all. Plus $ 0.85ATM card fee. I could have got better bagels and do units at a grocery store honestly. We really only ended up there because Great Harvest was closed. They are missing the Sunday gold mine for their location.

Wow. I can’t believe this place is still in business. First, the lights are dim so I thought they were closed. Then I enter and the staff was no where to be found. After a while of standing there and yelling to the back to get help, a lady comes out. It was 9 o’clock and there were only a few donuts available. I sat down, and watched as multiple people came in and got completely ignored and the customers decided to leave without getting anything. The bell rings every time a customer comes in to their store, but they won’t even make an effort to help them. Complete lack of customer service. Fyi, customers help your business you should treat them with respect and be kind.

Best donuts ever!!! I ate a choc ring it was so light and fluffy and perfectly sweet I had to go back ½ hour later! They were almost sold out so I got two cake donuts a custard filled and two long johns. I ate 3 donuts shortly after exiting the store, I cant eat any more food today due to the calories but well worth it!!!

Stopped here thinking it would be a good compliment to my starbucks(next door) while visiting the area. I was expecting more donut and bagel options given the name of this shop. There were only 3 bagels on display… it looked like one of each flavor, and a few cases of donuts to choose from. My Bavarian cream tart was tasty for under $ 1. The shop looks like it was never finished. There isn’t really any decoration, and there are boxes of supplies out in the open. I didn’t notice any seating although there are tables outside in the shopping center, and there was a small TV playing sports or something. All in all, it got the job done, but if I’m going to cave and have a donut, I want the whole experience.

I’ve continued going here for the last few years. Love these old-school style donuts, and the lady working here is very nice. Their apple fritters are just like the 80s /90s style. Dough, cinnamon, apple, mixed together and fried. Not that monstrosity Dunkin’ is calling an apple fritter these days. This is my favorite donut store in Temecula, followed by Pams.

Based on the reviews, my expectations for these donuts were very low. My buddy and I were looking for something close to our church(we go to Reliance Church, which meets at Linfield) and the donuts were melt-in-your-mouth good. We couldn’t believe how high quality they tasted. Maybe we got lucky and they were fresh out of the oven, but we were looking for good donuts, and we got EXCELLENT donuts and service with a smile. Can’t beat that for $ 0.99.

I took my son for a smoothie, they made me wait in line until they were finished serving everyone who came in behind me for donuts. They did not have the mango smoothie or the second one I ordered and told me the only flavor they had was strawberry banana.

Donuts here are only okay — not many options either. But I’m not sure if I’m just not used to Temecula or not, but this place was just okay. Thank goodness they had maple bars! Otherwise I’m not sure how I would feel!

I have been coming here for at least 5 years and have NEVER had bad service of any kind. Sometimes I think people put too much on first impressions or a misunderstanding due to language issues. I go at least once a weekend and have always enjoyed my experience.

So after my morning walk, my husband said we should get a bagel somewhere. I told him I’d seen a sign for a bagel shop right down the road. It was Sunday and a little busy(about 3 other people in the shop) I waited for a bit and then when it was my turn, I asked the gentleman for a bagel with cream cheese and a bacon bagel sandwich. He snapped back«I cant help you, you wait for her». So ok, I waited for the woman, said my order again and she replied«I don’t have time for that, No sandwiches, only cream cheese» Um ok, maybe they should take down all their signage is they just want to be a donut shop! I Felt like she had been rude to the people prior to me as well. I just laughed a little like«are they serious?» well they were. So I went next door to Starbucks and got a sandwich and a bagel and two coffees! the employees there were great! Will never go back! sorry, I tried to support local. Too bad they had terrible service and don’t make 75% of the stuff they advertise!

The donuts are delish! Seriously– I think they’re(dare I say) better than dunkin donuts’ donuts. I’ve tried just about every kind and with the exception of the heavy iced ones(with the pink, or colored icing), they have been amazing.(although I do love the bavarian cream and the crullers, the cake donuts are my favorite and the best for dunking if that’s what you’re in to ;)) That being said– the real reason we went in there the first time was because we wanted a breakfast sandwich. When we ordered from the menu they said they were out of everything, and then the girl that was in line next to us gave us a look like«You don’t want to order meat from here anyway»… so we now just go there for donuts and will continue our quest for a good breakfast sandwich joint :)

Horrible service! If you have a sign that says SMOOTHIES you should not refuse to make one. The dipsh*t ignored my request for a raspberry smoothie, and tries to give me a raspberry donut instead. When told it’s a smoothie not a donut he says they just«can’t» with no valid reason. They weren’t busy and he was just lazy! Bad move bud!

Best Donuts and croissants in Temecula. Don’t miss on the breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Super fresh. 100% recommended.
