Wetzel’s Pretzels

I recently went to wetzel pretzel at the downstairs location in the mall and was helped by the cashier named Torrey. She was very friendly and quickly got my order and made sure to repeat it back and asked if I wanted any dip to go with my pretzel. I will be returning to this location in the mall from now on because of how friendly she was.

These guys have the best pretzels around !!! Selection is amazing and I especially love the small bite snack pretzels.
There is almost always a line but it goes quick. I would always recommend this particular storefront because it’s clean, professional and the quality is great !!

I am not speaking about the kiosk location in the mall, I am speaking in regards to the the other location within the mall on the first floor. I gave 2 stars because the food is good. The employees however, minus the young lady named Sabrea, are rude, short and outright unfriendly. It is always a shame when a business puts forth people who have such a huge lack of customer service skills to represent the face of their company.

Delicious pretzels, what else can you ask for? I like it plain with cheese dip or smothered with cinnamon sugar, either way you can’t go wrong with this treat.

The best pretzels you can buy at the Temecula promenade. Jerry is excellent at making pretzels at the location upstairs. When he’s on the job you will eat the finest pretzels in town!

Located in the promenade mall. They have the best, and I do mean best, mango lemonade! Marry this delicious beverage with pretzel bites and your mouth with thank you! Friendly staff, fast service and they take the smart card!

My go-​to pretzel is their grateful garlic!
It’s so cheesy and garlicky and so full of carbs! Everything I love!
Another favorite of mine is the almond crunch with caramel dip!
I did not give this place 5 stars though because sometimes, their pretzels are hard and taste kind of stale. Their service is always good and they’re really quick. Also glad they added chairs and tables for customers to enjoy their food!

The pretzel’s here taste great. Not healthy by any means, being soaked in butter, salted, and maybe with a side of cheese dip. Either way though, they are very tasty. Price is a little high, but other than that there are no negatives to Wetzel’s. Recommended.

The employees literally NEVER smile. I used to only come here for a the $ 1 mall employee drink. Now its $ 1.25 but I don’t come as often. Soda’s bad anyway. None the less the employees here are not friendly, they move in slow motion and often stand around doing nothing when there is a line of 10 people.
The manager of both Wetzels in the Mall is a very friendly smiley man which is why it is so hard to understand why all the other employees are so blah. What gets me the most is that there are usually 3 – 4 people working at a time yet only 1 person handles everything, with the exception of one person occasionally making more pretzels. The person takes your order. gets your pretzel, puts whatever topping on it if necessary, gets your drink, takes your payment all the while someone is usually sitting next to the booth eating their lunch, and another stands next to that person texting or talking to them.
The prices are ridiculous its close to $ 4 for a pretzel. However, they do often have coupons that you can pick up at the Guest Services booth just down the hall from their upper level booth location to bring the price down to just moderately expensive.
So dissatisfied with this location the last time I went there I waited in line for 13 minutes behind 1 person so I could get a lemonade for my dry throat. I even mailed in a comment card to their corporate office.

I was there with my daughter on Saturday June 30 at the cart one, and my daughter ended up getting food poisoning from her Wetzel Dog. We wont be going there anymore. She’s 11 and was throwing up, had a headache and the chills for 2 days. It was horrible.

The only food stop in the middle of the mall. So after a meal at the food court, I’m forced here by my belly to get a wetzel dog and a drink.
