Called to look at a problem with pool vacuum and he came same day. That was the only good part of the experience. He arrived complaining about the neighbors and how incompetent they were and how they would not follow directions and thats why their pool looked like crap. He was very upset they let him go. I let him know later that evening that we had decided not to use him for regular service and I immediately offered to compensate him for his service call. He called me rude and a total waste of his time continuing on about how I should have been upfront. I again offered to pay him for the service call and he rambled on about being blown off. Run don’t walk from this company!!! Very angry person.
