What a phenomenal concept for a gym to cater to those who want simplicity and don’t want to pay the high cost of a typical gym membership. You can’t beat the price and the fact that there are no contracts. The place is safe, clean, accessible, and usually not terribly busy. I have a 24 hr Fitness Membership and yet I think this is the better value, especially for a family. If I wasn’t grandfathered into a $ 49 per year renewal over there I would totally cancel them and stick with this!

Great gym! Have been here for a few weeks now, and the people are nice. 24 hours plan is awesome. Don’t have a problem getting a nice peaceful workout.

Friendly staff. Very inexpensive, very clean, no long term contract and easy to get on equipment, this gym is not over sold. What more could you want. Sure it’s not as large as some other gyms, but does that even matter if you have to wait forever for equipment. Anyways, I really like this place. It is a great small gym that is open 24 hours.

I’ve been going here for about 4 or so months now, and I absolutely love it. The place is always kept very clean, and I love how convenient it is to drop in anytime I please.(Which for me, is usually around 1am-2am since I’m a total night owl.) The only thing I regret is not getting signed up earlier. :)

This gym is a phenomenal 24 hour facility. The gym is clean and new, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they really take the chance to get to know you. We’ve been here for the better part of a year, and I can count on a finger how many times I’ve had to wait to get through my workout because it is too crowded. My only gripe is there is no squat rack or power rack, and that the dumbbells only go to 85… if you put in a power rack and weights up to 125’s, this place would be great. I do understand the insurance implications for a 24 hour gym prevent that, but it would be nice if there was a way around it…

The staff is great and do a really good job of keeping the place clean. All the equipment is new. Bunch of HD TVs with a variety of channels.

My husband and I have been members for about 2 months and we cant stay away from this facility. So many machines to chose from there is no way you can’t get a good workout during your visit. Israel, Noah, and Damian are all awesome and make you feel welcome and at home as soon as you walk in. I just finished 3 training seasions with Israel and he kicked my butt in the best way possible He is so knowledgable and knows what hes doing. Im officialy hooked to Fitness and look forward to continuing on to the jorney.

In response to your reply — You probably do own a laminated sheet that you may or may not show prospective customers. I, however, wasn’t shown neither laminated nor regular piece of paper. I don’t know how you did the math for what you charged me. I didn’t ask for a discount or a fee waiver. All I wanted to know was if there were other fees involved. I’m glad you acknowledged mentioning an annual fee to me. To most people an annual fee means a fee you pay on or close to the anniversary of your membership. Not 60 days after joining under the name Rate Guarantee. See what you did there, very sneaky. You didn’t mention that I also paid $ 99 for 3 private sessions. I only used one, it was a complete joke, and that was it. Did I call to complain? No. Did I ask for money back? No. Did I write a bad review? Nope. You also didn’t mention that I went a couple of times there with my son. He thought he might want to start going once school is out, so I figured, for $ 30/month, I’ll keep it going until it’s time to pay the annual fee if no one is using the membership. You must have a very low client acquisition cost, because if you do the math, like I said on the phone — $ 29 is costing you a lot more. A neighborhood business is built on trust, not the fine print in an agreement. Sadly, it sounds like you track attendance, calculate when someone will cancel based on their attendance, and make sure you charge those $ 29 accordingly! You’re not the only no-contract gym. Power Pros is just up the street and they have an awesome facility with a great neighborhood feel. Good luck to you!

Great gym! More variety of machines than my last gym. Jorge, the trainer, is amazing! I like the fact that its not crowded and I don’t feel intimidated when I go there! Everyone is great!

Just signed up. Been a few times. Extremely impressed. I can’t tell you how perfect this place is. From the hours(24⁄7) to the cleanliness, to the new equipment, wifi and the fair price, this place is the best. I judge a business by their problem resolution too. I had a problem with my key card and they were all over it.
