Me and my husband were having trouble finding an apartment so we went here with the hopes of finding a little assistance. We met Julie at her office on McClintock and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. She asked like 3 times to run our credit even though we gave her our scores. And she didn’t even inform the apartment complexes about our situation before sending us there. She almost sent us to a complex that was $ 200 over our price range without even checking the pricing online or speaking with a representative! If you need help finding a place save yourself some time and go somewhere really helpful head over to Apartment Options first.

It was important to locate an apartment quickly as I’m relocating from New York City at the end of the month. Charlotte was my agent, I am very pleased with her efforts and professionalism. She listened to all of my wants and needs in order to find the apartment that was the best fit. I was impressed that she even took the initiative to contact an apartment complex directly to clarify a misunderstanding. If you want someone who is thorough and will go above and beyond their job, then you need to work with Charlotte Neil!

Susie Corder was my hunter, I was impossible because of rental debt and a housing voucher. She never found me anything, but she sure was the only one who didn’t quietly give up. She had the cajones to come to me and let me know, and that means a lot. She didn’t stop looking until I let her know that I had signed a lease. If you need a good girl who keeps her word and never gives up, call Susie! She’s so sweet and nice, and she won’t give up until she finds you something, or you stop her.

All calls went to voicemail after spending $ 16 on their website for a background check. We don’t have anything in our background and credit is marginal but we were never called with the results. They totally ripped us off. We applied for houses on our own and were told our credit was very good and we had clear backgrounds. We had no problem finding houses on our own. In 24 hours we were accepted at all 3 homes we applied at. YOU DONT NEED HER SERVICE. SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR

I went to this place call Local home hunters at McClintock Dr. In Tempe The women helped me was name JULIE and the only reason why I went their it’s because I saw add in Craigslist that she post about apartments, After I went to go meet with her She asking me questions what was my income I’m I told her. I was keeping Asking her where is the apt add I saw online will lets just say she was keep dodging the bullet and basically her add was PHONY add, all I was looking for was affordable place and nice apt. Don’t Trust this woman!

So I was referred by a coworker to this realty location. I expressed to Reba I would be there after 330 today I arrive at 410 and made attempt to open the door since they close at 5. To my surprise the door was locked no note or anything. I proceeded to knock no answer. I call the realtor and text her her voice mail box was full and never a respond to my text. Not a great first impression Reba!
