Went to the store with a small budget. The saleswoman was very helpful to our needs and wants. She helped us find the right fit for our body needs and stay in our budget with a great financing plan. It was awesome and super helpful. Vickie was amazing and you’d be lucky to have her help.

Vickie and Alex were so informative, patient, helpful and personable! Buying a bed is ridiculous. So many options and it can be overwhelming but they made the process much easier and I even had fun.

I had such a great experience buying a mattress through Mattress Firm. Vicki was very friendly, efficient, and so knowledgable about the products. She also allowed me to take my time and guided me along the way to exactly what I was looking for. The delivery was prompt and convenient as well. I highly recommend this location to buy a mattress at to anyone. Keep up the great work!

We were in need of 2 new beds. I didn’t even know where to start. Thank goodness Vickie was at this store. She is extremely knowledgeable and didn’t «push» a sale on us. It was so nice to be able to shop with a courteous sales person and not feel pressure. Purchasing a bed is a big deal with big money involved. I felt reassured that what I was buying was the best for ME and my budget. We wound up with 2 great beds and delivery was quick and easy. If you’re lost trying to find a bed, this is your store!!!

I came into the store knowing that I was ready for a Tempurpedic mattress, but not really sure about what type. Thankfully, Vickie was there to help me through every step of the process! As I was the only customer in the store on a quiet Monday morning, I was fortunate enough to have Vickie’s full attention; she is gracious, welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about her products. I walked out with an amazing Tempurpedic Cloud Elite mattress, bunky board, mattress cover, and four pillows. Vickie even helped me carry the pillows to my car!
The mattress was delivered this morning (Saturday, by my choice) on-​time, VERY quickly, and professionally by two courteous delivery guys.
I can’t speak highly enough about this store. If you’re in Tempe — heck, if you’re ANYwhere in the East Valley — stop in and check out their selection. You won’t be sorry!

Best place to purchase a bed! I went to three different stores trying to buy a bed and neither the price, nor the beds were convincing. At Sleep America, they had such awesome beds for such a low price and they offer ASU discounts, and great beds for everyone’s needs. I promise you will not be disappointed. I love my new bed!
