I see from the other reviews, I'm swimming against the tide. Was not my experience. My drop-off takeaway feeling, doubleplusgood. 8 days later, and I'd never thought I could never say this as bad as the customer service at Best Buy is, take your computer to Best Buy. At RAD computer one tech, the left hand, doesn't know what the other tech, the right hand, the one with your computer, is doing. If you leave a message asking to be called, don't expect a call. I got my laptop back with a new hard drive that wouldn't boot, throwing a "Hard Drive Not Installed" BIOS message. After nothing from this company for 48 hours (nothing from MARK to name names), I brought the drive back up on my own (with more luck than skill, I got lucky--and how man of you guys are former corporate wonks who can do this?). Avoid this company. You have been cautioned.

I don’t know what I would do without Mark. He is helpful, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He built a new computer for me at a very reasonable price and has been there to offer technical support when needed. His customer service skills are impeccable, matched only by his competency with a variety of software, hardware and device issues. Let Mark solve your computer challenges, you will not regret it!

Mark is not only a knowledgeable and professional tech, he is an excellent businessman interested in service to his customers. He backed up an original paid for clean up when my desktop did not perform properly after his work on it. He took the computer back and determined that the hard drive was weak and the cause of the after clean up problems I was having with it. He took the computer back, installed a new and state of the art hard drive and made a new computer out of my three year old Gateway. No charge for the follow up and hard drive installation. Outstanding job and outstanding service. I will use Mark again in the future and refer him to anyone else who is looking for a really reliable source of computer repair. Jim in Tempe

Mark does great work! It was a tougher problem than expected but he stuck with the stated price. He also provided additional advice about hardware and software options while working. It is good to know someone with lengthy experience AND up to date.

Mark was awesome! My computer bit the dust & he could have fixed it & charged me for it & made money off of it but instead he sat down with me and helped me look at my options before deciding that maybe just getting a new computer would be a better option for me. He sat down and brought up a couple computers based on what i needed and sent me home with a recommendation.
Good guy! Will definitely go back if i ever have any other computer problems.

This guy does AMAZING WORK. And his prices. Holy crap. Looking for a reliable service with a face to fix your computer? Or even help you with upgrades? Maybe you got a nasty virus? Someone local that knows the meaning of hard work and will give reasonable prices? Then Mark is your guy. Resourceful Affordable Dependable. RAD computers.

Mark Bush really knows the meaning of customer service. I was extremely pleased with his knowledge and skill set. My computer has not worked this well in 4 years. I love that he came to me. I felt completely safe with him in my house. I will be recommending him to all my friends that are equally as un-​tech suave as I am!

Mark worked on my PC and was able to get rid of my Blue Screen of Death AND preserve my data (Dependable!). Thanks to his knowledge and suggestion of upgrading to a Solid-​State Drive, my older Toshiba laptop now runs faster than ever (Resourceful!). Mark saved me a lot of time and headache with very reasonable prices (Affordable!). The location and ease of finding the place earns the fifth star!
