Good deal but they didn’t come through when they said they would. We emphasized that we had movers coming to bring all our household goods and Affiliated said they’d have our carpet done by the time our movers were scheduled to arrive. That was one of the main reasons we went with Affiliated. They called and said another job was taking longer than expected. I re-​emphasized our situation and reminded them of their promise but they said there was nothing they can do. That’s unprofessional and was very aggravating.

Going to use them again soon. The whole process was painless. In and out of show room so fast I could not believe it. Got a great carpet that was left over from another job at a great price with fast and professional installation.

Jeff is very friendly and knowledgeable, we recently had our carpet replaced for upstairs of our house, they did a very good job at a very reasonable price, can’t ask for more. We will definitely consider them again when we are replacing our downstairs for hardwood floor.

Jeff is the most customer-​oriented service provider I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. He made me feel valued as a customer even though mine was a pretty small job (carpet ½ a garage). I called just after 8am, he gave me a reasonable quote, I went over to take a look and spent 10 – 15 min in the store. At first he told me he could get it done the next morning, but I really wanted it done ASAP (it was holding up other parts of my project) so he gave me a spot late that afternoon. Then he called me and said he could do it that morning. Martin and Benjamin showed up and did an excellent job, and by 11am it was done. Great service, great product, at a great price. I’ll be calling back when it’s time to do the rest of my house.

I wish I knew about them before. They did a great job installing laminate on the 1^st floor, and carpets on the 2^nd floor as well as the stairs for a lot less than the estimate we got from Home Depot. Jeff was great, personable and true to his commitments. Thanks a lot for your help.

Honest, personable, professional, good vibes! We had two rental units that needed carpet; small orders, really. You would have thought we were redoing a mansion, with the care and follow-​up we experienced. Jeff and Shelby are beautiful inside and out. Their associates are meticulous in installation and clean-​up. The carpet they helped us select is outstanding, the price was incredible. Caring customer service is alive and well. They should run clinics for other businesses, imho!

excellent last-​minute help! We came in 12 – 2011 and needed a spare bedroom carpeted quickly. Jeff told us what was practical, economical and within 3 days we had the installed carpet at a fraction of the price it would have taken to restore old damaged wood floors. The place was within 2 miles of our house and we were happy to have shopped local rather than a warehouse.

Excellent experience there, Prices has great. Jeff explained everything and gave me recommendation. The carpet installer was the best too. They cleaned up and vacuum the carpet before leave. I highly recommend this place.

4 stars based on being pleased with the outcome of jobs on 2 houses, well after the fact. The connection to Affiliated Carpet and Flooring Center in Temple City was by way of my contractor. Over the course of 11 years, 3 separate job orders– 2 for the purchase and installation of linoleum sheeting, and 1 for the purchase and installation of a rug pad and wall to wall carpet.
For the 1^st order, from initial contact with Jeff, the owner, where the choice of linoleum was invoiced at the shop, to his site consultation at my house – no problem – and throughout the installation with his meticulous workers. It was an impeccable transaction.
For the 2^nd order — no problem with the site assessment and the final installation of the carpet job. I do like the attitude and skill set of his workers.
For the 3^rd order — somewhere in time he lost track of the linoleum sample set. Jeff said that the linoleum wasn’t selling within his client base, but that didn’t answer the lack of the sample set. In any case, I knew that he could order the material and that very competent workers were part of his operation. So, I found the product I wanted on the Internet, verified my choice at Linoleum City – see my review of that process — and returned to Jeff with the relevant manufacturer numbers for his invoice.
At that point, it was a matter of his verifying the measurement of the 2 bathrooms for the sheeting — with the small floor space involved, one piece would suffice.
For the 3 orders, the transactions involved a check payment. Finito!
