I needed a small patch to take care of a couple small holes on this solid light brown dress shirt. The Vietnamese female owner/seamstress uses a dark swatch patch with stripes to use. I guess you can imagine that this dark patterned patch would be revealed. This was completely asinine. It was the most garbage piece of work I have ever experienced. There was no point in complaining because she uses language barriers as an excuse. Bottom line… be wary of cleaners that reveal little business with a non-english speaking owner… at least Orbit Cleaners on Lower Azusa Rd.

I would not recommend this place at all for alterations. I had the lady fix a zipper on my daughter’s shorts and when I went back to get them, they were not ready. I was a little upset because I was very busy and frankly did not have time to make trips to the cleaners for nothing. I, however, just decided to forgive and forget. everybody makes mistakes. On a Thursday I went and dropped of one of my shorts to also fix a zipper. She told me to come back on Monday(didn’t specify the time) I went to pick up the shorts at 3pm and they were not ready. I was told to come back at 5. I asked the lady to give me a discount(her sons had to translate since she doesn’t speak English) and she didn’t want to. I got pretty upset so I told them I would come back at 5pm but that I would take my business elsewhere from then on. When I went back, she discounted me a WHOLEDOLLAR! The only way I can see somebody being happy with this place is if you speak Vietnamese AND use them only as a dry cleaners.

Terrible cleaners. I was told shirt would be ready by 5 on monday when I dropped it off friday morning. The shirt was not ready on monday and when it was finally ready on Tuesday they tried to give me someone else’ shirt instead. It took them another 2 days to find the shirt and the entire process was made worse by the fact that the owner doesn’t speak any english at all. $ 3 to dry clean a lost and late shirt. Will not be back

Its alright $ 10 for 1 cotton maxi dress. Thought it was too much but I have it overnight maybe thats why. The person on the shop didn’t even smile or say thank you. I’ll try some other cleaners next time

So sad the owner has his sister working now. She speaks no English & has not a clue what you are asking. I had to go somewhere else.

I picked this place cause it’s convenient for me to drop by before or after work. I usually get my shirts/pants cleaned. I’ve had alterations on new pants with no problem. The lady is very nice. It’s just too bad that my work has gone all casual attire, so I haven’t gone since!
