NOSTARS for RUDE behavior! Tell me anything… But tell me respectfully! Hostess sat us in a two seater because the third person in our party hadn’t joined us. I then asked the waiter if he could move us to a more comfortable booth as hard as we were going to start our breakfast and the third-party would be along shortly but we were ready to order and eat. He snapped that we could either stay in the two-seater or go back to the waiting area. I responded then when we win our party joins us we will have to be moved to a larger table at that point he literally pursed his lips graded his teeth and growled at me «you will go back to the waiting area and get in the line all over again and WAIT»… Completely unacceptable. Had he said«ma’am, it’s our policy that if the parties not together that they wait». Or…“if you want to switch tables you have to go back to the waiting area unfortunately and start your queue over again”. etc. etc. I said to my daughter that I wanted to leave and she asked for the manager and explained to the manager who East Central he told us that was the restaurant policy and we could either stay at the two-seater, or go back and wait for the third person in our party. At that point I spoke to him saying that I wanted the name of the regional manager above him. He gave me the information but then saw his way clear to see have a seated in a booth and start our breakfast until our friend arrived. I told him that the young man needs communication skills training and customer service training because he was just so blatantly rude. He said that he and the other managers we’re going to speak with him. Even though they result it by letting us have a booth, this type of behavior is unacceptable. If my daughter and I were not assertive, capable, self-advocating individuals we would have either had to stay in the uncomfortable booth(that with my handicap was unacceptable) or we could have left. IHOP needs to be a little bit more sensitive to people with disabilities, and customers in general. Rudeness is NEVER an option. Dr Y C Leon

Great place for omelettes and pancakes. I was lured in by the advert for cupcake pancakes and they were yummy and decadent. The big steak and chicken fajita omelettes are always good. Do yourself a favor and get an omelette and then pay a small up-charge for the flavored pancakes like harvest grain and nut or one of the special flavors like cupcake!

Arrived on a Saturday morning, around 11 in early March 2016. It took 20 minutes to be seated, then another 40 minutes before the food arrived.(I have two children with me, 5 and 2 years old.) When I ask what happened, why did it take 40 minutes, the server told me that the kitchen is backed up by 30 minutes — then corrected that to say 40 minutes, then asked me if the host did not tell me that when I was seated.(As if they would — what customer would accept that nonsense?) We had ordered two children’s pancakes — when they finally came, each one was as large as a dinner plate, and was quickly thrown together for the«face» they make on the pancake. My 5-year-old could not eat her chocolate chip pancake — it was not a regular pancake with chocolate chips, as pictured, it was this big dark brown pancake loaded with chocolate chips and was gooey and very unappetizing. The two cups of milk cost me more than a gallon of milk at the store. I will NEVER go back to that location… and frankly, I’m probably not going to any iHop from here on out.

Extremely disappointing! Not in the food but the people. Our server seemed to give less and irritated she was there idk. But I understand it’s Sunday but you’re at work & I’m a customer, get it together. Then when I’m checking out I didn’t get the full run down & total & options to pay like another man did before me. I was handed my receipt to sign & bye. My pancakes were good though well until the top of the syrup fell off, smh. Overall we felt«unwelcomed»

My wife and I went here on 7÷3÷2015 around noon and if I had a word to describe the event was disastrous. It was fairly busy as you would expect for a Friday before a holiday weekend that a lot of people take off. We went inside and saw no one available to take our name or seat us so we had to wait for a bit, that was the least of the issues. We ordered our food which was a steak omelet and bacon and eggs, nothing to elaborate or special about it. We waited for over 20 mins until the waitress comes over and said it will be another 15 mins, so I put her on the clock, if it took more than 15 we were leaving because we were starving. So 15 mins later we get the food. The omelet was flat and cold with as much cold shredded cheese on it as the omelet was tall. Also my wife’s breakfast was stone cold as well with hash browns that were basically raw. I raised the issue with the manager because the omelet was not an omelet and our food was cold. He told me to eat the omelet and he would make me a second not omelet to go with the first one that was screwed up. I said I did not want whatever they served me and go back and do it right, he told me I was out of line and instead of making a scene we decided to leave. Then I go make a complaint to IHOP corporate, then it gets worse. I just got a call from the owner of the IHOP on 7÷30÷2015 around 10:00AM and he told me that I over-exaggerated and what did I expect to happen. I was expecting an apology and was given a line of «how dare you complain» instead. He said that he has video of the event that occurred, but the problem with that he had no sound. So I had to make a complaint against the owner after he told me to basically blank myself which I told him to do so as well. Eat here if you wish, but I am done with this dump. It’s a shame because this place use to be really good and now knowing how the ownership feels about customers who complain. No wonder the quality of the product is found lacking now.

Waited over 30 minutes to be seated. The one waitress just kept saying a few more minutes. Other customers said she could seat us and she said blatantly to them in front of us that she was not ready to seat anyone and that we could continue waiting until she was out of the weeds, the wait got to be 4 groups of varying sizes and she didn’t seem to care that we were waiting so we left and so did another party being fed up with the waitress. Disappointed =(

I have not been in the IHOP for a while. I mean a while is minimum 5 years. We decide to go there have the snack at 10 pm before the cranky night. We have the coupon with free four pancakes. What I have use to a dish with fried half hen is no longer serve there. The menu is change a lot. It went to tradition American cuisine. I found myself lost looking at the menu. However, they still have different type of crepes in the menu. I love their crêpe. That may be the only thing not change. But they did add chicken florentine crêpe. I got to try that and they my new found love here. The crêpe is cook along side with the wrapping ingredients. The ingredients are chopped chicken breast, spinach, mushroom, onion. These ingredients are stir fry and add on top of crêpe then top with Swiss cheese. The cheese melt away and the crêpe top with hollandaise sauce. This is creeeeepy day for me. But they are good. Overall the pricing with the food some good value and some are not. Service is great.

One of the few spots that was open on Christmas Day, so we didn’t have much of a choice. We ordered the cheeseburgers, and though they were overpriced, they were still good– nothing spectacular though. The pecan pancakes were a bit dry, but still tasty. The ice cream fudge was delicious. Overall too pricy for the meh level of tastebud excitement.

I’ve been eating here with my dance team many nights for the past two years around 1 – 3 in the morning and they have always been great to us for a group almost always bigger than 10. I prefer IHOP over other breakfast places like First Watch because they have more options and portions in relation to the quantity of food you get. Good service and yummy food!

I save my 4 and 5 star reviews for places I can’t wait to try again and get excited about. IHOP is an IHOP. Great when you’re tired and hungry and don’t feel like making breakfast or are hopping off the highway or perfect after lots of drinking. However this IHOP is on point! I’ve been several times and each time they are quick to turn around tables and deliver and clean up and it’s a very much team effort. A friend and I went for breakfast yesterday and were seated quickly and had a spunky and friendly server. We got the [free refills!] iced mochas and about 2⁄3 the way through had 2 more brought out… like she was a mindreader! Our omelettes came out super fast and were cooked perfectly and huge — just ate the rest for today’s breakfast. Favorite menu items are the Colorado and Big Steak Omelette, hashbrowns, and stuffed french toast… yum! We were probably in and out within 30 – 40 minutes? And I had just gotten my iced mocha refill and she got me a to-go cup to enjoy the rest. Glad this place is open 24 hours and in a good location :)

Come here for lunch once in a while. Food and service is always good. But at the end of the day it’s still just an IHOP. Nothing to write home about :-)

Best Ihop I’ve ever been to. We are from Miami. I wanted Ihop, looked on map at the reviews for closest Ihops and the other two had 1 – 2 stars on help. This one has 3 ½. Clean, new building, lots of room, excellent staff. I would have given them 5 stars but when I got my food my eggs were ice cold. Everything else was excellent. Trust me, ignore the other surrounding Ihops, come here!

Haven’t been to an IHOP in years, but after a 5K on an already hungover morning, a friend and I decided to stop for breakfast. Just what you would expect, good food, mediocre service, and never ending coffee pot. Definitely did the trick!

Service was awesome. Food left a lot to be desired. I ordered sunny side up eggs and they came undercooked. The whites were raw and looked like mucus. I sent them back and the manager Tonia came over to tell me that I was wrong. I’m not sure if she expected me to apologize and eat them, but I let her know that an undercooked egg white from an egg that isn’t pasteurized can cause food poisoning. I then asked for poached, and was sent an overcooked egg swimming in water. Needless to say I am not going back, not because of the eggs, but because of Tonia. She needs to learn that if a customer sends something back you take it, apologize and offer to replace it. Then you make sure whatever you take them is presentable. You do not, ever, argue with a customer.
