Very happy with the service I received. They were very upfront and took the time to explain everything. Had to replace the screen on my daughters iPhone 6 and new screen popped out, the gentleman showed me the battery was bubbled and replaced it on the spot for me.

I broke the screen on my phone and called to see if they could fix it. I was told they «can’t order the part because it’s too expensive» and they don’t carry it but if I «ordered the part myself and brought it to them, they would fix it for $ 49.» The girl I talked to knew it was the GLASS That was broken. We had a full discussion about the glass needing to be repaired.
I ordered the glass, waited for it to be delivered, went to 254Repair and was told they can’t do the repair. I was told by another employee that she should have known better than to tell me that and that I should have been told specifically to order the glass AND the LCD for this phone. The reason? Because they can’t make this repair without breaking the LCD.
The best they could do was to order the part for $ 70. So the total repair was going to be $ 119. Cell Repair on W.S. Young does the same repair for $ 99 and tells you straight up they will not replace just the glass. The girl working the day I called obviously had no clue what was going on and what’s even weirder is she kept having to ask someone else which means there are two people working there that don’t know what they’re policies and procedures are.
I do not appreciate having my time wasted. I now have to return a part that can’t be used, which is costing me money, I am having to wait on another shop to order the part and I’ve had to run all over town trying to make this happen. This is just BAD customer service.
Apparently they only really repair Apple products and the $ 74 repair they quote on their site doesn’t apply to ANYTHING you might possibly own.

Great service. Repaired our IPad screen with no issues, and it was done as promised. The IPad was returned to us in great working order. Will definitely go back to 254 repair the next time the need arises.
