Pizza Hut

Placed a delivery order this Sunday. The driver came late with cold pizza. I called and expressed my opinion on the subject to the store manager. They offered me a credit for my next order. Called again this evening. Late again. Cold pizza again. I live 1.9 miles from the restaurant location so it isn’t like they have to drive across town. Be warned that delivery orders will most likely be late.

Horrible place! Horrible service! I sat at the drive thru for 20 minutes and I had to bang on the window to get someone to come help. They gave me a little dixie cup of parmesean cheese were rude and dint even care how I felt whn I told them. They wouldn’t honor their sign that says if we don’t show up get a free 2 liter drink they wouldn’t give it to me. I told the manager and she reluctantly have me the drink. They treat u like crap!!!

HELLO BEAUTIFUL WORLD !!! PIZZA was Awesome the rolls were amazing just the right amount for the inside of the Pizza ROLL .
Love you can sit down and eat inside hopefully it will stay like this to sit in and enjoy it .

My wife called in a pizza order. I arrived about 5 minutes later (early) to pick it up. I was asked by a clerk named Shniqua (sp) for the telephone number, then my name. I gave her my wife’s number and our last name. No other questions were asked. She said no order had been placed and she may have called a different store. We have bought pizzas from this store for years and no other Pizza Huts. My wife called back and was told it was my fault for not giving her enough information. MY FAULT. My advice is go to a different Pizza business. Incompetence may be their problem.

We succumbed to the Pizza Hut commercial about the cheesy bites pizza. Ordering was great. We went to get it and that was where it all went downhill. I walk in and it smells like stale pine cleaner. I walk over to the register, and there is a guy taking a phone order. No eye contact, no acknowledgement of my presence, nothing. 2 other employees come by, neither speaks or even looks at me. After about 5 – 7 minutes, a female manager comes up and acknowledges me, but continues working with the customer she is with. That was ok. Then she tells the guy on the phone to ring me up. He looks me in the eye, says, «Uh…» and the phone rang, and rather than do as his boss told him he picks up the phone and starts taking ANOTHER phone order! His manager apologizes again and when he finally gets off the register, she tells him to get the window. He looks at the car at the window and starts back toward the register that he has just been bogarting for 20 minutes, even though it is being used to finally cash me out. It has now been more than 20 minutes that I have been trying to pay for my pizza. They could have baked it in front of me! Manager– lady can see how entirely furious I am and asks for my phone number. Then she tells me she is giving me a credit towards my NEXT order. Seriously? She thinks we might come BACK?? She should have given me the credit on this order, because I’m thinking I’m not coming back. We get home and try the pizza. The «cheesy bites» are all crust and no cheese and the pizza itself tastes only of marinara sauce. How do you cover up the taste of pepperoni? Remember when Pizza Hut made really good pizza? Seriously, if I could give them less than one star, I would do it.

Good pizza but service at the take out counter was a little weak. I had to wait for several minutes for anyone to show up.

The location is good. Each time I have went they have been so busy. It seems they need more staff here. The phones are always ringing off the hook and between inside customers, the drive thru, the phohes, and deliveries they can’t keep up. The one thing i can say is through it all they stay pretty friendly. The food is always hot and fresh.
