I love this place. Employees are always friendly and helpful. It is a one stop for most all beauty needs. I bought shampoo and conditioner that my hair did not like very much and they exchanged it with no problem.

Went here for the first time yesterday for a hair appointment and I was so impressed! Clean, beautiful store with super friendly staff. The salon sits in the back and I got my hair done by a fairly new team member and she was amazing! Best hair stylist I’ve ever had by FAR. I have wild curly hair that isn’t easy to deal with but she was extremely patient and made my hair perfect. I was shocked at the reasonable price as well, I’ve paid double for inferior styling services. So many amazing products in this store and great atmosphere. I can’t WAIT to go back!

The salon at ulta charged $ 15 more than the price they quoted!!! They also did not inform me that I was not getting a“master” beautician until color was pot on my hair. I didn’t even know they had a hierarchy of hair dressed!!! As a customer, I was very upset at their unethical treatment.
