Service Department review. Brought my car in at 9:10 to get a plug put into the tire. I asked the guy how long it would take them to get it back to me, he said they’d have it done in 45 minutes and pulled it into the bay. After waiting an hour I finally saw a tech lift it up to get the tire off. Now it’s 10:30 and I’m still waiting. Also, the one customer that was here before me to get an oil change and fix a flat had gotten here at 8:00 am and is also still waiting (@10:30). Won’t be bringing my vehicle back here any time soon!
