I received a quote from this carrier via email and confirmed via email 2 days later. Almost a full week later, I received an email stating that they already had two jobs that had been on the books for some time and they couldn’t do my job. Interestingly enough, his email to me mistakenly identified as one of the other two customers and he was still trying to determine dates. Why would they have wasted my time by coming to give a quote if they were already fully booked? Poor customer service! By the way, he mentioned he had been incarcerated (only because I asked about their employees’ backgrounds). Beware of using this company.
