I asked John for a second opinion on an HVAC repair for a rental property I own in Royse City. I had been told by another company that there was a leak that would cost me $ 2500 to fix. When John checked the system (same day as I called), he found no leak and reported to me that the AC was working fine (it had been re-​filled with coolant by the other company so maybe that solved the problem).
He showed our tenants that his measuring device showed no leaks in the system, and he left them his card to ensure they had someone trustworthy to call. I am so grateful that he saved me $ 2500. He’s someone I can trust to tell me the truth and not sell me services I don’t need. Thank you, John!!!
