Dulong Moving

Dulong Moving have assisted me twice in the past two weeks. I called them again after the first job went so well. They are professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with! They were especially helpful considering it was a last minute request which they fulfilled expertly.

We used Dulong Moving yesterday, and I wish I could rate them 10 stars. It was even better than we expected. At 11:30 the night before we were moving out of our 3^rd floor apartment, we decided it was more than we wanted to do ourselves and reached out to Dulong on their website. I didn’t expect much luck, but I was pleasantly surprised when Ken sent me an e-​mail at 7am, and followed it up with a call 2 hours later as promised. He not only said they had availability that afternoon (at our convenience, no less) but if our storage pod did not arrive as scheduled, he agreed to let us push it off a day despite his full schedule. Once the pod was arriving, I gave him a call and his crew of 3 young men was there within the hour. They hustled non-​stop for 3.5 hours on a warm day, and did an amazing job of packing up our unit. They even wrapped and padded all of our furniture very well to the point where they used all of our supplies and suggested that if we got some more, they could do an even better job on the remaining items. They finished the job withing the range I expected, if not sooner. The young men were extremely professional and polite on top of being very good at their jobs. The price was excellent for the service we received. We had no plans to hire movers when we move into our new home next month, but after our experience with Ken, Mike, Max, and (sorry I forget the other hard worker’s name), we’ll probably be calling Dulong back. Thank you!

Ken and his team are fantastic. His guy really hustles — even on hourly wage, Ken practically runs back and forth from the truck. Ken genuinely cares about your move and the experience (seriously, talk to him about it). He’s done 3 moves for us and they have all been great.
