Why this place doesn’t have a 5 star rating is beyond me. Best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve looked for better… But you just can’t find it…5 deserved stars.

My wife had picked up food from here a few times on her way home and i thought the food was average at best. My last time there (and by last I mean I will never go again), I realized how bad of a restaurant this is. With no one in line I had to wait 5 minutes before someone finally took my order. They were to busy taking phone calls to help me. The person taking my order was rude and acted as I was bothering them by being there. When I finally got my food, it tasted poor and bland. It was also cold after less than a two minute drive home. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for food.

Excellent price, quality, variety of menu. Chicken kabob sub (or salad) are great. Venetian pizza is my favorite.

Great food and staff! The nice girl at the counter makes my sub perfect every time just how i like it! Nick is a great guy and this place deserves to do as well as it does! Good prices for portion and service.

Wouldn’t go again. I tried their chicken finger dinner. When I got home and opened it, I found the fries were over cooked (dark brown). I’m very surprised they would have given clearly over-​cooked food to someone rather than admitting their mistake and asking me to wait a little longer to redo it. Chicken was very sub-​par. It was clearly the frozen and reheated kind — not fresh made at their place. If I order food from a restaurant it should be fresh made. I can get the frozen kind from the grocery store and heat it myself. (Jimbo’s makes theirs fresh)

The pizza reminded me of dominos and not in a good way. Low on flavor and high on grease. There are plenty of good pizza places in Tewksbury but this certainly isn’t it.

Pizza was pretty good. A little greasy, but what pizza isn’t. Crust was good too. Delivery took FOREVER though. After about 50 minutes I had to call and ask where the pizza was. It arrived 5 to 10 minutes later.
