This is my second trip but definitely my last! Customer service sucks! Nail tech left me twice to go work on someone else. They didn’t listen to me when I asked twice to have my nails soaked off during my pedicure. I was told it wouldn’t take long and they’d just get to it after the pedicure. It took as long as I’d expected which means my mother had to wait extra long because she was only getting a pedicure. Nails turned out ok, pedicure was ok. Overall experience would’ve been ok, except for the customer service experience.

Bella is the place that I always go to get my nails done. Overall, if I select who I want my nail tech to be, my experience is just fine. She’s usually busy when I come in, but I wait– it’s definitely worth the wait. But there have been times where she wasn’t available, and I just got another tech to do my nails… Once I got my toes done there before a cruise, and the pinky toe’s paint just fell off my toe a couple days later. Yup. The whole thing — not my nail, just the paint. So I was stuck on a cruise with one unpainted toe. It might’ve been the nail polish she used, but I never went back to that nail tech lol. The last time I went, I went to a male. He was a little more rough than what I’m used to– and the bottoms of my feet/side of my toes are still not smooth and they still«chafed» /ashy looking. I could tell when I left that my feet weren’t really scrubbed right. Feet catching the sheets and whatnot. Ugh Usually, when I leave there, my feet are smooth, and moisturized but here recently, this is the first time I left Bella and the bottoms/sides of my feet weren’t up to par. No more random nail techs for me. I will sit and wait for who I know can do my nails how they’re supposed to be done. This won’t deter me from going to Bella, because I love it there– however, if my tech isn’t there, I’ll just leave and wait until she comes back. Tip: Get the deluxe. Don’t do regular pedicures anymore. Treat yourself ! Update: I went back yesterday and waited like an hour and a half for my nail tech. Several people came and left before she was free– but she’s worth the wait. All that dead skin — she got it off. The male that I went to last, he was still messing up. I would hear an occasional«sorry» from him when he was doing another lady’s feet. They even had to assist him– and once or twice they took over. Idk, maybe he’s new or just not that good– but never again.

I drove in from out of town and called ahead of time to make a manicure appointment for two. We were seated and soaking in the remover. The other person I was with was taken to another station and they got started. I sat there for an hour with acetone on my fingers. Three women walked in and were immediately helped, while I sat there waiting. I got the dipping powder and the top polish is so blemished, seriously every single nail. The files and clippers she used on my nails came straight out of the drawer and didn’t look like they had been sanitized. I hope it lasts as long as my other powder manicures have but I don’t have high expectations, and I can’t wait to get my next manicure that’s blemish free.

Just wonderful — great techs, massage, and lovely atmosphere. Would definitely come again. Came with a group of women from a touring show. We were a tough crowd and we had a great time!
