Absolutely love this place! I run by to grab breakfast for my staff here at Austin Ranch every other morning and love coming here on Sundays for brunch when I can! Those $ 1 mimosas are SO delicious! :) I love the staff and vibe here also. Going there tonight to have their amazing sangria! Yeah Café Mila!!! :) Definitely recommend swinging by here if you get a chance.

Nice coffee shop and café in the Austin Ranch area. 4⁄5 coffee. Cappuccino is hearty and bold, with plenty of kick to get you through the day. My brother had the macchiato, and he found it excellent. I found their coffee to fit the way I like it —-rich and just past north of bitter. They have a variety of flavored lattes that I still need to try. I haven’t had a chance to try the food, but the people around us seemed to be enjoying their meals. 4⁄5 for location and ambience, it’s a nice little café that I could definitely see myself doing a lot of work in. They’re in between transitioning reward programs, but it looks like you’ll have to spend about $ 50 for one free cup of coffee, so there’s not much to write home about there. Wifi was fast and available, and most of the customers while I were there were getting work done. If you’re looking for an alternative to Starbucks, this is a good choice. 3⁄5 for service was just okay. I found that some tables that had left about an hour before us still had dirty dishes left that hadn’t been cleaned. This didn’t really bother me, but the staff was just standing around. The whole place was only about half full, so I imagine if it ever got crazy, they would be more efficient about cleaning up. Definitely a neat little shop!

Pretty sad this place wasn’t open on Monday at 7:20AM. I wanted to check this place out for the first time before I headed in for work, but it wasn’t open. The business hours on Unilocal coincided with their business hours listed in the window. I know life happens and on most weekdays they are open at 7:00, but I will not be coming back.

The reason for the one star is because I didn’t even get to taste the food or drink. Went there today and the place was not to busy. When I got there the empty tables still had left over plates and glasses on them. There was a young lady who was delivering food at several tables around me, but not grabbing any of the used plates. So after 10 minutes of her walking pass us I asked my husband to ask the guy at the counter to have someone come clean the table please. My husband said the guy said they were short handed today and would get to it when he could. My husband then took the plates and glasses and placed them on another dirty table. So then we decided what we wanted and went to the counter to order and then the guy decided he was going to clean the tables… Really!!! The girl looked at us then looked at the guy and then looked back at us and then she proceeded to do what she was doing. I looked at my husband and we walked out. It’s a shame that I probably won’t go back. And before the owner comments on this… I saw a few one star reviews and the owner claims she have 5 star reviews, yeah back in 2014!!! Maybe you should really look at the 1 star reviews because that young lady you have working for you is not helping with business, maybe she’s family and really don’t want to be working on a Saturday. Time to set her free!!!

Came here for brunch with a friend. It is a cozy atmosphere with friendly staff. I had the make your own omelet and my friend had the breakfast sandwich. Both were good portion sizes and filling. Mimosas were delicious! We are going to go back on a weekend when they are $ 1. Will definitely come back!

Located in Austin Ranch, next door to Saintsbury is this adorable little café. Complete with fireplace and great breakfast burrito and mimosa specials. If I remember correctly, nice sized burritos are $ 2 on the weekends and you can get a carafe for close to nothing! Your choice of breakfast meat. If the weathers right, there is some outside seating, but the inside is just too cute. Order at the counter, it’s getting made in the open kitchen. Only con is that whenever I leave I feel like I smell like bacon and kitchen grease but it’s totally worth it. Very cozy, comfortable and welcoming.

Loved their coffee! Really close to west Plano area! It’s great for brunch but not too big for large crowds. Super cute décor and friendly staff! Service is a little slow-took my friend almost 10mina to get her pancakes after I got my waffles even though we ordered together.

I don’t understand all the glowing reviews. We were excited to try this place since there aren’t that many breakfast places close to us. When we got there, all tables were taken. We sat on the couch after ordering and then noticed a table opened up. My husband put his coffee on the table to secure our spot. The girl who runs cleanup –wearing stained gray leggings and rocking one earbud in one ear – walked lazily by the table several times. After 10 minutes she took two empty glasses from the table and slowly walked back to the kitchen. Table still piled high with stuff. Came back out, 2 guys at another table asked her a question. She couldn’t be bothered to take the earbud out of her ear, so she turned her«good ear» toward them to hear them. Ridiculous and so unprofessional. What are you listening to? «How to not care about your appearance or your job 101?» After a few more minutes, she took ONE. Dirty plate from our table. Can’t be bothered to stack or use both hands? Finally I said to my husband, let’s just sit at the dirty table. Stacked the plates ourselves. Not hard. 5 mins later she sheepishly comes out and picks up the plates. Not all of them. Took her 2 trips. «Sorry about that,» she said. Are you really? Took her another few minutes to get a wet rag to wipe the table. Seriously it was kind of comical to watch her. Food was mediocre. As my husband said, «I ate it because I was hungry.» Also, the cook was running plates out to customers and looked pissed the whole time, making faces and throwing up his hands because he couldn’t find where the orders were supposed to go… maybe the lazy chick needs to help expedite – she’s not doing much else, right? The only professional there was the barista. He made pretty good coffee and performed his job. This place is seriously in need of better customer service. Coupled with the pathetic service and just ok food, we will cross this one off our list. At least we tried.

Very overrated. Coffee wasnt anything special from other places. Latte was blah, and chai latte was just blah too. And we had the dessert waffle, and it wasnt anything special either. Waffle was too soggy. With all the reviews, This place is too overrated. I would go somewhere else. My husband and i are coffee lovers and we’ve been to numerous coffee shops. Not just places who uses«artificial» flavorings. We used to live in new york and we have been to better places then here. I initially gave lil more star than 1. But the owner totally dissed my «palate», becuz i said their coffee was blah. Its not worth it to come here. I had better experiences with other places and their owners responses.

Such a great find. Has a cozy feel to it with great menu selections. I will definitely be substituting this for Starbucks. Plus, I think they’re faster than Starbucks. :)

This is a great quiet place to spend with significant other. Owner and waitress are extremely kind. This place gives the vibe of being in a different country. Wonderful flatbread and scones!!! Also, very generous glasses of wine :) I would definitely recommend to anyone. Can’t wait to try more on the menu.

Serving up Raw Chorizo Omelets and not giving a SH! T. Ok. I will say I have eaten here 3 times, the first 2 were ok but nothing to write home about but the 3rd has me leaving this review. I was with 2 other people, we all ordered separately but all within a minute of one another. The other 2 I was with got their food first, mine came an easy 5 minutes after. I ordered an omelet with mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, ham and chorizo. Once I actually got my food I was inhaling it as the people I was with were close to finishing their food. As I ate my omelet I was disappointed that the veg was literally raw and the omelet was warm at best. Now that I’m well past half way through my food I am picking at it a little and noticed not only was the veg raw by the CHORIZO was RAW!!! This is not good! Once I noticed I asked for the manager, in fact the owner(1 of 2 sisters that own CM) came to my table. When I showed her my issue and explained the insane safety issue of FOODPOISONING she apologized and walked away. Didn’t ask if I was ok, didn’t offer a refund or if I would like something else. She just walked away. I will never return to this place, not only because of my issue with my ill prepared food but also because they really don’t give Sh! t. Needless to say I went to the bathroom and expelled the raw ground and marinated pork product from my stomach. Thanks Café Mila, for the sucky food, bad service and the food poisoning.

We went at 3:30 on a weekday and there were a few other people there. The food is very reasonably priced and not bad at all. I had the grilled cheese panini with bacon and they were not stingy with the cheese! The lady working the counter was very friendly, but my order was late coming out of the kitchen. My friend was finished with theirs by the time mine was brought out. *I visited Mila’s on December 30th at 3:30.

Café Mila is a really cute coffee place. I love that they have alternative milk options like soy and almond. I had a cortado with almond milk and the street tacos with chicken. My boyfriend had the classic breakfast. Everything was great!

Ugh. I went in on Mon night for a small COLD coffee. Cost over $ 2.00. I left my vitamin water on the trash can where the sugar, etc is located. I returned bright & early for a fresh cup & my vitamin water was still sitting on the counter… sugar empty & no half and half. You call yourself a coffee shop… yet you aren’t prepared at 8am… to serve coffee DOH. Service was slow… coffee is actually good. I might be back.

Great food. Great service. Friendly crowd. FIOS Internet. «A» rating by health department. Did I say yum?! A local favorite where we all know each other. The owners come to know each of their customers with a warmth and sincerity not seen in many places. I have met many new friends here.

I have come here handful of times and the coffee is always good. The breakfast and lunch is absolutely amazing. I do wish it was a little bit more organized as to where you order your food. I’ve been confused wether to sit down and wait on a server or to order at the counter. Upon walking in you would assume it would smell of coffee aroma although it smells of fried food. Probably due to the poor ventilation in the kitchen. A bad smell that is sure to saturate your clothes to stay with you throughout the whole day. With the nicer weather upon us I wish that they would prop open the front and the back door to let a nice breeze in and air the place out a bit. I just sit on the patio to avoid it all.

Good study spot Food menu available. Breakfast burrito(egg and chorizo) was affordable at $ 2.50(really between a burrito and taco) and I noticed people getting food here alongside wth coffee. Waffles, breakfast, and paninis. The burrito was tasty. The cappuccino looked like it was well made but not as good as I had hoped. I think the beans are a a little too dark roasted because it was bitter, even with the milk. Loose leaf is also a available but from what I’ve seen, there’s only six options. White tea isn’t one of them. Good atmosphere and seems to be a community gathering spot for the Austin Ranch community. Great study spot and wifi available. I wouldn’t mind coming back, especially since the food seems to be well liked in this café. Perfect blend of coffee shop and café — something there’s not enough of.
