Extremely rude & unruly customer service. Doesn’t even answer the question and hangs up abruptly and it happened 4 times in 2 days! I can even understand how well they can treat the pool. Probably some cheap service guy who’s not worth your business.

Got groupon for a pool filter cleaning. Scheduled it 3 times and the guy never showed up all 3 times. Never called back or replied to any of my messages. All he could do is text.
Very bad customer service and I think it’s just one person in the company. Do your research. Luckily I got my groupon money back.
