I have never lived at AV, nor do I ever want to. AV has had a reputation for years of being the center for drug activity in TD. I have never been inside one of the units, but from the outside they are rundown. The last time I went past there was a dead skunk in front of the place that had obviously been there a while. My advice is to avoid American Village.
