Dishonest. Hard to reach. OVERPRICED work that left an INFERIOR system and multiple examples of obvious LACKOFCARE, EFFORT, INTEGRITY. When called about dissatisfaction I was ignored. I recall Gabriel Garcia, the owner giving me a quote that was quite high. He followed his high bid by saying«I could do something for less but you would not be very satisfied»…I can’t imagine a system that would be worse. I had hired FLI to redo an irrigation system for a terraced backyard. I had 3 different systems that serviced a grassy yard, a garden area, and a terrace. Each system had it’s own timer. When I was done I had black 1’irrigation pipe zigzagging overground, with sparse drip emitters(many of my established shrubs died due to the heat of the summer). My garden beds, grass and terraced shrubs were now only on one system(so I was over-watering or underwatering one or the other section). To boot where my grass was dug up, it was left unlevel, unseeded, and dirt was all over my walkways and patio. I really should have known better when my renters called me to tell me the service man backed into my mailbox and knock down my front natural retaining wall. He didn’t acknowledge or fix it until I physically approached him about it, then did a quick and dirty job with concrete and mortar(which didn’t match and still sticks out).
